The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.
50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.
Payments will be made by card online.
Animals not accepted.
The deposit: 600 €, will be given at the reception of the keys to the house. (Credit card)
The cleaning of the day of departure is not included in the rental price, it is optional: 160 €. (cash)
BED LINENS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
Possibility to rent towels.
In the price are included the services of water, electricity and gas.
Optional air conditioning: 200 € / week
