The tiny home was located in the back of the yard which gave it privacy once inside. There quite a few security lights on the property and the neighbor had a camera overlooking the property with warning signs. If that sort of issue bothers you, this is not the property for you. I liked the security lights and found the neighbor’s camera a bit too much. The property owner likely cannot resolve the neighbor spying upon their guests coming and going so I mention the camera only for informational purposes and not to take to task the tiny home owner. If you planned to use the pool, take note you will be on camera, apparently. The tiny home was neat and adorable but could have used a bit of “freshening” on the outside. The front storm door sticks and makes exiting with luggage and handbags a challenge. The pool area was unkempt but since it was closed I was not using that area. It was just a tad unsightly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The Onyx is a dope lil spot. If you’re planning a trip to Indianapolis I highly recommend it. Short UBER/Lyft ride to Lucas Oil Stadium.

Darling tiny house next to university campus. Deck, yard and full kitchen. Would have been perfect if the manager had remembered to send us the access code. We had to have a nice Vrbo customer service agent call the manager 3 times before he responded with access code.

Out of the way and a nice quiet area. Parking was provided and easy in easy out. The pool was closed and we had planned to use it but they must do the Memorial day to Labor day opening like many people do.Coffee was there for our use the TV was easy to use, the overall cleanliness was exemplary. Very friendly host responded promptly to questions we had.

Immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated and a great location! Minutes to Fountain Square and right off interstate. Great communication from host! Literally came with everything we needed. Only thing missing was we forget our late night snack. Host saved us with bottled water waiting in fridge. Next time we will remember to grab our popcorn! Will definitely visit again when coming to Indy and cannot recommend it highly enough!

I am so happy I found this awesome place to stay for my weekend in Indianapolis. The host was very friendly in his communications. This place was quiet, private, and very clean! We loved it! The pool was very clean and inviting(although we didn't have time to use it ☹️). The host and his kids were very polite and welcoming when we saw them in passing. If I ever find myself in the Indianapolis area again, I will definately stay again! Thank you!!

The host was very responsive and helpful. I found myself locked out at midnight, but he came to my rescue. The place was very clean. Cute tiny house! My only problem was, my GPS took me to the wrong place the first night, so beware so you don't end up in the sketchy area it took me too! I was going to a concert at the Ruoff Music Center. I wasn't as close as I had hoped to be, but it all worked out.

Great communication and direction on how to get in and where to park, and even allowed us an hour early check in. Everything was exactly as pictured and smelled nice and clean! Had the pool running and ready for us and my 4 year old had a blast in the pool and on the playset. It was perfectly cozy and private for the 3 of us and we will definitely be back when we're in Indy again. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband & I stayed overnight for our sons state competition for school. Perfect for couples and even kids. They even have a cute spot for food & water for your pet! Quiet neighborhood and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Adorable tiny house! Worked well for our weekend. The only negative was the furnace; warm enough but was very loud when running. Could not hear each other talk and woke us up at night.

I stayed here one night with my dog. It was pristine and toasty warm on a cold night. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't need anything bigger. The yard was huge and fenced but I kept my dog on a long line to make sure she wouldn't go on the pool cover.

Enjoyed the small cozy feel of this home. Very clean and nicely decorated. We were able to walk to market/stores about a mile away. Close to downtown, Uber trip costs roughly $15 one way. Overall, great stay!

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter on a special getaway, just the two of us. She loved the loft space and really loved having the pool to swim in after our adventures for the day. The beds were comfortable too! While in Indy, we visited the zoo, Children’s Museum, and checked out the canal walk behind the state museum. We recommend Don Juan Taqueria for some good Mexican food!

My family came in for a short trip and The house was exactly what we needed. Uche was having work done to his driveway but kept us in constant communication with what was going on and where to park our car until they were done. Great host.

Tiny house was exactly as pictured. Kitchenware sparse and stools uncomfortable. Difficult for adults to use the loft. Fully fenced yard was great for our two (supervised) dogs but be aware it is shared with the family, including their dog. Over 4 days, we had no issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Communication with Uche, as needed, was excellent!
