Great location. Breakfast was lovely.
No lift on arrival and not stated on the website had to climb 6 flights of stairs each time. Broken toilet seat, bathroom sink didn't empty correctly, kettle was filthy, internet was not good on top floor and wrong order for partners breakfast multiple times.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.
The bed was so uncomfortable my back is still sore days in. There is zero sound proofing in the rooms. The shower was awful. There are steep stairs and no lift facility making luggage a nightmare.

Breakfast was good
I think my steak dinner was microwaved, texture of steak was burger like, I ordered medium and it came well done and all dried up, staff were pleasant and replaced steak which came exactly the same as the first 1. Onion rings tasted like something frozen straight out of icelands

To be honest there was truthfully nothing at all likeable about this property. It was a big disappointment from start to finish
We booked a 'deluxe Double room' ((dearest room)) for myself and partner as this was the most high spec and saught after suete in the premises. Well what they advertised it to be. To our horror it was not in a single way which we were mislaid to believe when we arrived our room number was 10. When going into our room it was the size of a double bedroom. With a bed, and what was meant to be a wardrobe with no door. A 16inch tv set ontop of the wardrobe(( over 6.5 foot). There was 3 random chairs placed around the bed for which reason I'm insure. These had to be moved to access the bed. The windows where covered with a net curtain with cigarette holes in them and brown staining. The phone beside bed was also just a straight tone and was unusable. The bathroom was also a complete shock as it w
Only consisted of a toilet and single shower. There was mould around seal of shower and dirt in the tray. Toilet was also dirty. There was a sink with wet toilet roll in plug hole and plug was covered In brown stuff. No handwash no handtowel and no shower mat but also used towels on chair and bed . I was completely gobsmacked. I re went over what I booked and was horrified. This room we were in wasn't even advertised on their page. I then approached reception where a man told me there was no staff and I believe this was the night porter. He asked did I want to ring the boss and I said yes. When he spoke to boss he automatically said ''the people from number 10 need to speak" I spoke to boss who's attitude was appalling and in no way professionsal. When I raised all my concerns he advised me this happened as they where booked out and Resulted in us having a room which didn't be used.i booked my stay 4 weeks previous so how could this be the case. It was similar to a hostel. Boss advised they would rectify in the morning. We ended up being asked to leave and they were not we're not rectifying in anyway. Terrible place and staff.
