Our gorgeous home is set in the heart of downtown Lake Geneva. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that is two blocks from the lake and a few blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants. We just completed an extensive renovation of the home and it is now ready for you to stay for your dream vacation. Our homes are fully licensed and legal for short term rentals. We also rent the home two doors down and one in nearby Williams Bay!

There are 3 magnificent bathrooms, 2 on the second floor and one on the main floor. You will think you are at a spa in these bathrooms! Two washers & dryers are located on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped with wonderful amenities and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a large meal. Share stories and laughter over delicious cuisine in the dining room with a 10-person table. The island in the kitchen will seat 6. The backyard has a patio with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, and plenty of grass for the kids to run around. All of the comforts of home while vacationing in this beautiful treasure! The house was perfect for our family who were coming from all over the country-Alaska to New Hampshire. Easy walking to lake and downtown, convenient to grocery shopping. Very well equipped for our numbers. So nice to not have to go out for essentials like toilet paper! We highly recommend the Farmhouse on Wells.

Amazing stay for our girls vacation, we had 14 guest and everyone fit perfectly. House is outfitted with everything you need. Was very impressed with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels. Backyard was perfect for yard games. The grill has all tools to clean and cook properly. House was a short walk from downtown and very close to any store you could need! We had a fabulous stay and would stay again anytime. Property manager was communicative and answered all questions! Easy check in and check out. 10/10 stay!

My group had a great time in Lake Geneva at Brian's property. The house was very clean and comfortable for our whole group. It was so nice having a quick walk to downtown for all that the LG area has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to book this spot again for another girls trip!!

We stayed at the Farmhouse on wells for a fun girls birthday weekend. The house was just as stated and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us and was an easy walk to downtown Lake Geneva. We had a fantastic time and will cherish the memories, we will definitely book here again!

Only recommendation is to add railings to front and back porches. Steps very slippery when wet as we experienced with the mist and rain during our stay. Beds too soft...need a little firmer mattresses. Owner very responsive to our inquiries, home is beautifully decorated and spacious.

Exceptional property…perfect location (walked to dinner every night), incredibly clean, nice size bedrooms and plenty of lounging areas (basement and off the kitchen). House was stocked with essentials like coffee, creamer, extra towels, blankets, pillows etc…private yard with ample space for barbecuing, bags and hanging out (lots of seating). Bathrooms were very nice and super clean. Would highly highly recommend this house and would give 6 stars if possible. Check-in/check-out process was so easy…owner is friendly and available when needed. Book today and enjoy a gem. Very well priced for Lake Geneva market.

As the pictures reflect, this is a beautifully updated, well maintained home! What you might not be able to see is how well it is stocked - with quality items - especially in the kitchen! This is important to me, as I've stayed at a lot of VRBO's that do not have all the things needed - or they are in bad shape/not enough.
Overall, this house was great for my group of 10 ladies! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect for cooking some of our meals and the big dining table was nice for eating and playing games. It was also in a very convenient location!
We did get carry out from Oakfire Pizze and ate at Joni's Diner for breakfast right down the street - would highly recommend both! We also did the Lake Geneva Clue Room and made our own candles at The Candle Mercantile -both of which I'd also recommend as great experiences!
All in all, I couldn't be more please with our trip and stay at this house!

This property was amazing and as advertised! Totally remodeled, clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, etc. we stayed there during my son’s wedding and loved it. We walked 2-3 blocks to all of what downtown Lake Geneva had to offer. The outside area was great as well, grill, tons of seating, great yard. Would recommend this for any group stay in the area.

Fun times at the Lake!
Very clean. Everything was as advertised. The laundry room was a big plus for us. We had 6 grandchildren and their parents with us. Having two washers and two dryers was nothing short of genius! A quick walk to the park, the beach and downtown was wonderful. We hope to stay at this property again!

Great Lake Geneva House!
The house is beautiful and in a terrific location! Close to the start of the lakefront trail and minutes walk to downtown. Plenty of space to spread out with more than enough beds for everyone. We had our wedding party stay at the house and it was such a perfect gathering spot for our wedding weekend.

The Farmhouse was just right for our seven women, but could have accommodated several more. All the ladies were impressed with everything about the house. Especially the back patio.

Great stay and great service
I was part of a group of 8 (two couples with two kids each) that stayed this past weekend. We chose to stay given proximity to downtown and ability to ski at Grand Geneva. The stay was overall great, but what really drove me to review was the after stay service. One of the children left their small headphones behind by accident. The staff found the ear buds and are sending them to our friend. Really class act and shows the level of responsiveness you can expect from this wonderful property owner. Thank you!
