Enjoy island living from this top floor, beautifully updated condo located in Surf City. This two-bedroom unit is completely updated and tastefully decorated for your enjoyment. Arrive to the gated Surf Condos community and enjoy off street parking. Once at the unit you will be greeted by vaulted ceilings through the unit offering a light, open, and airy feel. On the first level you will find the master bedroom that houses a queen sized bed, TV and an attached bathroom. Down the hall you will find an updated hall bath and a completely redone custom kitchen that features a granite island, new fixtures, and all the cooking utensils you need to enjoy a homemade meal on vacation. Off the kitchen you will find the living area. The vaulted ceilings are showcased in the living room by the upstairs loft and large sliding glass door that leads to your private deck. The living room features a large TV and comfortable seating for you and your guests. The upstairs loft features a second bedroom with a two full sized beds and a TV. The private 8x16 deck is covered offering the perfect place to enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean, two dedicated beach accesses, a professionally landscaped courtyard, and the community pool. The pool offers multiple shade areas, zero grade entry, and multiple seating options. There is also a laundry facility on site and shower/ foot wash station located at each beach access. The Surf Condos are conveniently located one mile from the heart of Surf City that offers The Surf City Pier, shopping and dining.
