die perfekte Erholung

Ein sehr aufgeräumtes, sauberes und mit viel Lieb zum Deatil eingerichtetes Hotel. Es liegt etwas oberhalb des Strandes mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf den Strand, die Felsen und die Klippen von Bonifacio in Korsika. Man ist zu Fuss in 3 min am Strandabschnitt und in 5minuten im Zentrum von Santa Teresa. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Probeleme werden sofort angegangen und behoben und Spezialwünsche zur besten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Eigener Parkplatz kostet 20 Eur pro Tag. Am Abend kann man im eigenen Restaurant essen. Von der Terasse geniesst man beim Frühstück oder Abendessen einen sensationell Blick auf die Bucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Terasse und Meerblick einfach ein Traum.

Wonderful stay, I would like to come back one day.

The hotel is very clean and the stuff is professional, helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is great, there is a large selection of foods. There are many beach chairs on the hotel beach and the public beach is next to it. The view from the hotel is magnificent. The hotel is in a walking distance to the town center, restaurants and stores. There are many restaurants in the town to choose from. There is a ferry to Corsica in the town.

The only thing that I can complain abut are cold fried eggs. Also the cups to make tea or coffee are not always there and the selection of tea is not replenished. Going down to the beach is not easy, beacuse there are no steps there, you have to walk down on uneven ground. There are just a few steps, but it is diffifult, especialy for older guests.

Die Beschilderung vom Hotel ist sehr sparsam. Wenn man mit dem Navi aus der falschen Richtung kommt fährt man dran vorbei.

great location. poor reception staff.

location

-sound insulation is very poor. you can even see light around the bedroom doors, and hear every step in the corridors. -thermostat has been fixed (to save money?) at 25 degrees so air con is not possible to adjust. rooms too warm. called reception and no one came. - issues with no electricity in the room and faulty door were not dealt with by staff. -disappointing that a potentially good hotel is let down by rude front of house staff. clearly a cultural issue as all reception were extremely rude and sometimes incompetent. amateurish, laconic and sarcastic. to owner: consider changing senior management or more training for front of house. they even (hilariously) threatened legal action via WhatsApp for an unpaid bill before I had even left the hotel (1hr after checkout when I was at the hotel beach).

Nice stylish and clean hotel right by turquoise water beach

Cozy clean and fresh looking hotel located right at very beautiful turquoise water beach with white sand, comfortable room, good cleaning, well Organizer beach facilities, professional reception, strong air conditioning, a lot of restaurants in close proximity.

The waiter ( blond girl) at the breakfast. She looked always unhappy with the job she is doing and made a lot of mistakes. Breakfast can have more variety and when you come close to 10 it is very few things left. You always have to ask and wait.

Mediocre to a fault.

Best thing about this place is the location near Santa Teresa and also beside the beach with some designated areas available to hotel guests.

Check in was confusing. Parking was expensive. Room was very small and much more drab than the photos. Service was a challenge with everything from morning coffee to drinks ordered at the beach requiring constant vigilance. I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine to the beach and was told to meet the staff at the end of the hotel terrace in 10 minutes. it took nearly an hour in reality (while I was waiting) and the wine was just white wine, not sparkling. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. Don't expect a luxury experience.

We would come back, but we would book a different room.

EVERY employee was SO lovely, it was a pleasure. The private beach and the service were amazing! The food was very good as well!

Our room was nice but the view was terrible. We just looked against a wall and didn‘t really have daylight.

I liked being near the beach . However the hotels sitting area on beach was a bit dirty . What annoyed me most was the amount booking. Com charged and what the hotel would have charged me . Also when I booked I booked a sea view , yet when I got confirmation I no longer had a sea view . I paid 50 extra a night for it

A hidden treasure, worth a second visit!

Great location, good size rooms, beautiful views, excellent breakfast, professional and friendly staff. The restaurant is really nice, with fabulous views and awesome music, sometimes live performers.

Although their restaurant terrace looks and feels amazing (they have an incredible view to the beach), lunch and dinner don’t live up to expectations. After an outstanding breakfast quality goes down from there. Plates presentation is beautiful but dishes lack flavour. Fish and other seafood was not the best quality and recipe execution needs some work. Fortunately there are several other restaurants at a walking distance but it would be nice to be enjoy lunch or dinner with the most beautiful view.

Amazing location right by the sea, with lovely private beach area and a really short walk the other way to the restaurants. Very nice breakfast and very friendly and welcoming staff.

No pool, despite looking like they have one in the photos. My kids really wanted a pool.

gorgeous stay

the hotel was lovely, very chic and in a great location overlooking the beach. the buffet breakfast was excellent, as was the service of the waiters, Ali in particular, and the bar man. Our room was very modern, comfy and clean.

we initially had a misunderstanding over the paid parking and the pool which is for decoration only, however on review of booking.com we realised that these are things that we overlooked/assumed based on photos. It would be good to write this more prominently on the site though as a lot of other guests seem to encounter the same! however staff were very gracious and our disappointment was quickly averted.

How not to run a Hotel

It was facing the sea.

No late check out. No use of pool. Poor reception. Manager poorly trained. No laundry service. No customer service. Bedroom lights up every time you go to the loo.

Really enjoyed our stay, but feel we would look elsewhere for our next visit to Sardinia.

The hotel itself is fantastic. Great location a short walk to the private beach area, and town. Room was really nice, food was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly welcoming.

- The pool is just for decoration, and cannot be used. - This would be fine if the beach wasn't so busy. - Even though there is a private area it is up away from the waters edge, so one you head to get in the water it's a bit crazy.
