Fantastic and Amazing 🤗😘

Seebrook apartment 504 was awesome to stay at. It is absolutely clean, comfortable and cozy with an exceptional view of the Margate beach. Will definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.

The balcony is too small but not a big issue. The internet services need to be upgraded.

The view

Booking arrangements very poor. The room was not ready on time. Kitchen was not to our satisfaction. Toilets leaking. Shower support was broken. Taps was not opening. Sliding door does not lock. Main door and gate needs attention. Was an unpleasant experience and stay. No recommendation.

The view is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Very clean.

Should invest in a generator - walking up to the 5th floor during loadshedding is no joke. Air conditioners in the rooms would be a bonus.

The location was great, close to the main beach & all the local restaurants lovely place, great value for money will definitely go back again soon.

Minor maintenance inside units like door handles broken here & there.

The beach view is 100%

The welcoming part is so unwelcoming. No one handed over the key and I knocked on the door with no respond. I had to figure out a way of going in the building. The telephone displayed on the building, no one answers when you reach out for assistance. No Dstv, wifi is not well connecting and the is no Iron

The apartment was clean. Every thing was perfect infact it was a home away from home

The only challenge we had was load shedding we had to stay in the dark for 2 hours.if they could have backup generators

Beautiful view and locate in a main area where you can find everything I'm coming back soon with my family

it could have been nice only if the electricity wasn’t the issue or if the facility had generators in place for all the

cleaniless close proximity to the beach, jst a walking distance view of the beach from our apartment shops and entertainment closeby.

constant load shedding and Wi-Fi network constantly down, also had to bath with cold water most of the time. also the ice creams bought for kids melted , and other things wasted. and there was a time when electric tripped and never came back . The fact that there’s no back up generators in the facility for times like this.

I wouldn’t go back. Margate has changed a lot not really good for family holiday

The view was beautiful

It wasn’t easy accessible. We came late and it was difficult to find the entrance to the parking. while we at the flat the guy was doing fumigation and he just opened the door without knocking. made me feel a bit unsafe

Excellent.

It was not easy to get there. Contacted the owner and directed us to Sea Brook. I liked the place very much. Everything was perfect. We would like to visit the place again.

If they can provide us with the iron as well as the ironing board next time.
