Great property for us golfing lads. Hope to stay again for years to come.

House was big, clean and comfortable, perfect for our large family stay. Lots of wildlife especially the bunnies in the back garden, the cottage is in a brilliant location, pub across the road to watch the rugby with lots of gluten free options, and the beach at the top of the road.
Brilliant weekend, and my dad had a great 70th birthday, thanks Matt, we'll be back again!

Fabulous location. Downstairs is rather tired and the downstairs kitchen wasn’t well equipped. The upstairs main oven didn’t reach temperature and the hot water failed and needed resetting. But the space was great , particularly the upstairs lounge/ dining/ kitchen area which catered well for a large family and 2 dogs and the location was perfect being so close to the beach and the village.

Spacious and comfortable house in a great location but let down by a shabby upstairs kitchen, poor cleanliness and a host of niggles.
A few examples: there was a rotting orange in the kitchen cupboard and a stale biscuit behind one of the beds. We had to clean out the dishwasher filter and cutlery draw on arrival and empty one of the indoor bins. The upstairs bathroom door does not lock and the downstairs bathroom extractor does not seem to be working and the room was always wet. Worn table mats. One table cloth was dirty and another was torn. Faulty door to upstairs oven. Very disappointing - what a shame.

Beach Road Holiday
House was very clean, well equipped and just as advertised. Unfortuntaely the heating we noticed the heating had not come on in the evening and contacted the caretaker who came straight down to the house and sorted us out and came back twice the next day to check we were all okay. Apart from that there were no issues and we would recommend this as a place to stay.

Fantastic location and spacious house
Perfect house for a large family as plenty of bedrooms. We used the upstairs lounge/kitchen so we could all be together and even got to sit outside on the patio in April. The house was extremely cold on arrival and radiators not working downstairs but communication excellent and this was soon sorted out.
The location could not be better, a walk down the road to the beach and The Cliffs for food across the road. Food and service here was excellent.
An ideal base for exploring the Peninsula.

Fantastic location
We stayed at this great huge house for 4 nights. Great location, plenty of room for us all 4 adults 5 children and 2 dogs. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Location is a stones throw away from a lovely beach and pub over the road.

Nice clean property laid out over 2 floors
We were very happy with the accommodation.
The property had everything we needed (and more) with 2 kitchens and loads of utensils.
Heating worked fine but was a little cold in the downstairs front bed rooms as no radiators in there.
Help was always on hand even when we had problems that were no fault of the owner (burst water mains right outside the property).
Would love to come back in summer when the weather will surely be better!

Multi Generational stay September 2021
Great time had by all, the property is large enough for the requirements of 6 adults of ages ranging from 29 to 86 (and more besides if you have a larger group) . Just a shame that due to Covid restrictions that bedding is no longer included but it’s a small price to pay.
We were blessed with wonderful weather and took full advantage of the huge beaches on the peninsula.
We had an issue with one of the toilets in the property; but the helpful representative of the owner was straight onto it and a plumber was with us very quickly.
We would definitely recommend this property for larger groups.

Great location
Apart from the downstairs fridge not working and the lack of good pillows and a sun umbrella for the back terrace the house was well equipped and tidy. It is located very close to the beach and The Cliffs opposite offers tasty food and a very friendly service. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location
We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at Fron Alau. Although there’s no sea view from the house, the beach is literally a 2 minute walk away down the small quiet road. Even a tired, sandy, barefooted two year old can make it back up without moaning! The Cliff pub/restaurant opposite is a bonus and serves excellent food - you can book your table online and select which area. The house itself is very well equipped and would suit two families as it has two living areas and kitchens. There is a nice enclosed grassy area at the top of the garden with a gate which isn’t clear from the photos. Morfa Nefyn is a very central location to get to many of the area’s beautiful beaches in less than half an hour if you’d like a change from the immediate one. There is a also a lovely coastal walk to neighbouring Nefyn. I am sure we will make a return trip!

A Relaxing Holiday House !
We were two families with young children, stayed here for a long weekend. We found the house to be clean and as per listing.
The House itself is at an amazing spot if you're a beach lover as it is just 175 steps away from the shore. The scenary on the beach itself is spectacular and its a very safe beach for young children. You can witness both sunrise and sunset on the beach if your lucky not to have the cloud cover.
The house has got ample space inside with two living rooms, so kids and adults can have there own living space. A Bathroom and kitchen on each floor works perfectly for two families or larger groups. There is parking for almost three cars at the front and a sunny decking area at the rear.
The host of the property is very helpful and quick in replying if you need help with anything.
We can comfortably say that we enjoyed our stay here and kids absolutely loved it. We will defintely look to rebook here in the future if we planned to visit North Wales.
P.s. The house is only 45 mins drive away from spectacular Snowdonia Mountain and quite a few waterfalls.
