About this house rental
Dear Guests, this rental is for two townhomes. Before booking, please review the sleeping arrangements and home configuration to ensure it's the right fit for your needs.
PRIVATE AND SECURE
We are located in a secured gated community that has both short- and long-term residents. The community is professionally monitored by security cameras throughout with patrolling neighborhood security guards. The Community has a noise curfew that prohibits loud noise between 10 pm - 7am.
The home is two attached townhomes side by side. There are two front entries, two separate backyards, and two living/dining spaces. The total living space is 2600 sqft. With 6 bedrooms (8 beds) and 6 bathrooms, the home can accommodate up to 12 adults comfortably or up to 12 Adults & 2 kids, allowing for larger parties to be close to one another but also having separate living quarters.
GUEST ACCESS
As our guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse including the enclosed backyard. Please note that the owner's closet in the downstairs bedroom and the balcony in the main bedroom is locked and not accessible to guests.
We invite you to take advantage of the two shared community swimming pool. For your convenience, we have four designated parking spaces. Should you need additional parking, there are guests parking near the front gate entry or near the pool. Other unit owners may have your car towed if parked in their assigned spaces. Please note there is no trailer parking allowed in the community.
ROOM DESCRIPTION for Unit A
*Master Bedroom: King bed with memory foam mattress, attached bathroom, & flat screen TV, and walk-in closet with several shelves.
-2nd Bedroom: Full bed and twin bed and an attached bathroom
- 3rd Bedroom (downstairs bedroom): Queen Bed with a memory foam mattress. A dresser can be found in the closet. This room leads to be backyard deck
* There are two bathrooms upstairs and they are attached to the bedrooms. We provide bath, hand, and face towels.
* There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom.
* Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs.
* The Living Room is equipped with Sofa and love seat, and 55” flat screen Smart TV
* The Dining area seats up to 6 people.

-2nd Bedroom: Full bed and twin bed Bed with attached bathroom. A workstation is available in this bedroom.
- 3rd Bedroom (downstairs bedroom): Queen Bed with a memory foam mattress. A dresser can be found in the closet. This room leads to be backyard deck
* There are two bathrooms upstairs and they are attached to the bedrooms. We provide bath, hand, and face towels.
* There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom.

* Kitchens are stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, blender, can opener, etc.
* We provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.
PARKING
Guests are allowed 4 designated parking spots. Should you need additional parking, there are guests parking near the front gate entry or near the pool. Other unit owners will have your car towed if parked in their assigned spaces. Any fines resulting from your being ticketed or towed will be your responsibility. ***Note: Our HOA does NOT ALLOW Trailer Parking**
When booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the house rules and disclaimers:
-QUIET TIME: 10 pm-7 am.
-CHECK-IN/OUT: 3 PM Check-in & 10 am Check-out. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners.
-NO SMOKING. If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fee will be charged
-NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. The community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules.
-NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed.
-NO PETS without owners' consent
-NO unauthorized guests allowed
-INTERNET: While we provide Wi-fi, it's not 100% guaranteed as the weather plays a factor in this area. No refunds will be issued if Wi-fi is not available.
- POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is usually open between March and October. Owners/Hosts do not control the timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refunds will be given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe posted pool rules.
-Please do not move any decorations/furniture during your stay. Should you need to move anything, please put it back where you found it.
-No tampering with /obstructing the view of cameras.
-We assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of guests' personal property.
Any violation of the terms/rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits/rents paid.

We did enjoy our time, but the pool was extremely nasty and murky with lots of hair and other debris in it.
The ocean had red algea, so noone could swim in the ocean.
We will probably not visit again.

Exactly what we needed for our short summer vacay. There were 12 of us ranging from ages 4-74 and the accommodations were perfect. Beach and casinos within close proximity. Pictures of the rental were accurate.

This home was beautiful. It was perfect for two families to still have privacy on the trip. We had 2 children and 11 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of attractions around to keep us around. When we had issues, the owners were very quick to help. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying at this duplex. It had room for 8 of us and was a nice place to land after a day of adventure. It was a comfortable temporary residence and I would highly recommend this VRBO to others staying in the Gulfport/Biloxi area.

We had 18 people in our group, the house slept 15 so we brought 3 air beds and it was perfect . Every thing was clean and up-to-date, the washer and dryer was nice to have also. You are only 2 minute drive to the beach and 10 to 15 minutes from the casinos. There are restaurants everywhere and the food was awesome, from burgers to seafood with in minutes of the house. We highly recommend this property and we hope to go back in the summer. Thank you for a nice vacation.

This property was perfect for us. The gated community provided a safe place. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to everywhere we were going and met the needs of the couples that were there for the 3 nights. We will definitely keep this rental in mind for future trips. We greatly appreciate the hospitality.

Family Vacation
Accommodations were great for our family. Liked the division of the two town houses. We ate lots of great food at near by restaurants. Did some shopping.
First time at Mississippi beaches. We were surprised of the differences from our usual stay at Florida and Alabama. We did drive to Dauphin island one day so everyone could enjoy the beach. Thank you for the stay.

Great for a friend reunion with kiddos!
We stayed here with two other families (for a total of 7 kids under 5 years old) and had a wonderful time. Both townhouses were clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a memorable beach vacation. Having access to a pool was especially nice for late afternoon fun with the kiddos, and we spent a few hours at the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center on our one rainy day. Meal times were the only challenge as the only tables were on the back patios, and there weren't quite enough chairs for all of us, but we made it work. Communication with the hosts was super easy, and they quickly answered all questions before and during our visit. If our group comes back to Gulfport, we would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed
Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It provided the space needed for our family of 11. Everyone was comfortable and by renting both units we had double everything. The property was just as the pictures presented. No surprises. It was clean and ready to be occupied. Everything we needed was there, even wagons for transporting items to the beach. Even though train runs behind it, it was not disturbing at all. Thy was very nice, speedy in responding and helpful in suggesting good restaurants. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The only minimal complaint is that the community pool is small but the big Gulf makes up for it. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The wifi didn’t work all the time and the kitchen utensils could have been a better selection. We all enjoyed ourselves. We visited the Mississippi Aquarium and the institute of marine mammal studies. Once the pool was cleaned out we enjoyed time at the pool

Easy breezy is all I can say. Derick made things simple and all was as advertised. Only issue is the proximity of the train tracks and the few daily whistles.

The house was beautiful and everything that was there made it a very accommodating stay. There were beach toys for the kids with wagons to walk everything back and forth. Felt very safe and the pool was great also. Definitely plan on going back next year. Thanks for the awesome vacation!!

Overall, I would rate this stay a 10. The location was perfect. Nice community. Walking distance from the beach. Master bedroom with balcany was a PLUS! I felt at home.
