Very comfortable for a family. Great neighborhood. Easy access to Purdue and Layfayette.

The house was perfect for the three of us to stay while competing in an amateur golf tournament. The house was very well appointed and very much as advertised. The house was very centrally located with quick access to the grocery store, restaurants and anything you might need for a few nights. Accommodations were extremely comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and a nice desk for work if needed. Would be a perfect place for a football weekend as well.

We stayed for a night for the basketball gam and also earlier this year for football games. Very comfortable and nice place to hang out. Garage is a nice bonus space.

We had a girl's weekend and this was our home base. Great location, just a few minutes drive to so much - shopping, dining, entertainment. Plenty of parking. Cozy house with a great living room for sitting around with friends. Two trundle beds and a queen so good for a group of singles. Updated kitchen and baths, nice modern furnishings. Host was welcoming, very clear communication. Checkout was super easy, better than all other hosts I've dealt with anywhere. We STRONGLY recommend this stay if you're looking to spend some time in West Lafayette!!

Very clean, walking distance to Purdue area, everything we needed

This was the perfect place for Mom’s weekend at Purdue. Great house, close to campus, Chad was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We all loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well decorated and cozy. It is definitely worth the money and the owner is very easy to interface with. The things I would change are all convenience/comfort issues: All three bedrooms need lamps and nightstands. Only one had a lamp, and only the master had one nightstand for one side of the bed. The two single beds seemed short for my 6' tall boys. They slept just fine on them, but if they laid straight on the bed, they hung over one end. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the downstairs bathroom seemed to have the same product in all three dispensers so you didn't know if you were getting soap or shampoo or conditioner. I bought bar soap so I was sure I was using soap. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups/glasses and utensils, as well as, pots, pans and cooking utensils. I bought a new cutting board, knives, and towels since theirs were pretty worn or didn't exist. Having tupperware to store leftovers would be nice. We cooked every day we were there. The kitchen is very new and is a pleasure to use. It was very cold when we were there, and I like walking around barefoot or in socks. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom floors were so cold I put down bath towels. Having 2-3 rugs would have been nice. We used the washer and dryer in the basement. The dryer struggled to dry the clothes - it took four forty minute cycles to get the job done. Miscellaneous thoughts: Not being able to play ping pong in the detached garage was a disappointment. The owners told us we wouldn't be able to because the lock on the garage door was broken. I hope it's fixed by spring/summer because the driveway is long in front of the garage and it's a perfect area for sitting around and watching a game/hanging out. The house is on a corner and you can hear the road noise when you go to bed. It didn't bother us. The house has some wear on it. A well placed plant in the dining room hid a crack in the wall. The stairs and wooden floors throughout the house creak when you walk on them. We found it charming, and noisier than we were used to.

We stayed at Chad’s place for Christmas. My nephew lives in west Lafayette and this was extremely convenient to his home. What a nice place and communication with Chad was wonderful. Great home, great area too. Nice walking path for our dog and us. House had everything we needed and some lovely extras from the owners too. Would stay here again and probably will!! Super clean and cute house! Great stay!!!

Great place to stay for Purdue events

The house was cute and spacious, had large dinning area for breakfast and dinner. The garage has a mini bar and ping pong table in it with a heater. That was a hit! We were out there mostly tuning our fine skills. We were very pleased all in all with everything!

I needed a place to stay for my daughter's wedding and this house was just what I needed. It is very charming, near the hotel that my family stayed at, and roomy enough have people over for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and comfortable. It was located near all campus activities. I would stay there again.
