- Less than 1 mile to Popponesset (Poppy) Marketplace where there's live entertainment, restaurants and many fun shops and activities, fun times for the family. There are many walking/biking trials within the community.

- About 4 miles to Mashpee Commons: with a cinema, bowling alley, and many fine dining and shopping options
- Short ride to Island Queen Ferry in Falmouth for a daytrip to Martha's Vineyard. You can also catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket from Hyannis Harbor.
PLEASE NOTE:
New Seabury has a PRIVATE Country Club For MEMBERS ONLY. Members only are allowed to use New Seabury Facility and Amenities. Renters are not allowed access to golf, club pools, private beach beaches, tennis and athletic facilities.
Rentals before Memorial Day and after Labor Day are allowed to rent for 3 nights versus standard 7 nights
