My 2 sisters, niece and myself had the opportunity to stay at the Peppertree Ranch while helping our elderly parents move into a care home, and it was SO nice to come back to the house at the end of the day to relax, spend time together and discuss ongoing things that we still needed to accomplish! We utilized pretty much the whole house, and had no complaints!

This was just the ext place for my sister, niece and me to stay while hosting a baby shower in wine country this past weekend. We loved bed having our own bedrooms and that my daughter lived close by. We had the room to host her and her girlfriend for dinner on Saturday evening. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

This is a very comfortable property in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was convenient to all the events we were attending while in Portland.

We needed somewhere to stay while in town for a funeral, and this place was great. It was clean, well-decorated, with a lovely outside area. The check-in process was super clear and overall everything was lovely! It was very spacious for my partner and I, along with his Aunt and Grandmother.

This was a perfect match for our family to relax during a stressful hospital stay. Plenty of space, beds were comfortable, & master shower was amazing.

House was great. Host was ready and willing to address any issues, and there were none.

The layout is really nice and spacious - Open floor plan was nice for visiting with family. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay here very much. Loved walking to Commonwealth Lake and revisiting our old stomping grounds. Everything was clean and we had everything we could need.

My husband and I stayed at this Beaverton home for four nights with our two dogs. The property was clean and check-in was very easy. Our dogs were relaxed and there was plenty of space for all of us and it felt very much like home. I liked being outside of Portland proper and we found some good restaurants in Beaverton. We would love to stay here again when we’re back for work or a short getaway.

Overall a really nice place! The chairs around the table are a little chewed up. Material is flaking off and ends up everywhere. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Came to drop my niece off for college. So close to her dorm, easy access in and out, lots of shopping and restaurants near by. House was perfect for our group of 5 and a pup. Would stay again!

Great home base for family events. Clean, bright space. Super speedy response to questions we had. Really nice to have a piano to play and a covered patio to relax on.

Plenty of room to spread out. Great kitchen for cooking! Fenced yard for dogs. Sadly the dryer broke near end of stay but got repaired promptly. Backyard could use some real cleanup. Dogs loved it but a little to bumpy for a young grandson. Grandson loved the toy cars left there. Beds comfortable and excellent working air conditioning. Great location to everywhere in the area.

This place worked functionally, but it did not measure up with what the pictures and description were like. Ant traps were set out, and overall maintenance of the home was required. The furniture is dated, with a lot of sagging seat cushions. Pillows were very thin. The outside of the home could use some maintenance as well. It is conveniently located, though
parts of the neighborhood are not well kept at all. We have stayed in homes much nicer with similar descriptions and ratings.

We brought our octogenarian mother to visit her brother, and the one-floor living space of this home made us all comfortable and safe. There were a couple of steps from the driveway to enter the home, but the ranch layout with the walk-in shower in the bathroom off the main bedroom make it easy for a person with restricted mobility.
The home was clean, spacious, and well-supplied. The property manager was pleasant and stayed in contact to be sure everything was going well for our stay.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood in the Beaverton suburbs of Portland, and it is within an easy daytrip of the Pacific coastline and beaches, Mt. Hood, numerous state and local parks, and the Columbia River Gorge as well as the many attractions in Portland.

The house is lovely and well appointed, but the management company needs improvement.
The toilet in the main bathroom plugged up and overflowed a day and a half into our stay. After trying to plunge it with no success, we called the management company to report the problem. We were promised they would get someone out to fix it the next day. They assured us this was the best they could do because of the snow storm. Not only did they not show up as promised, but they did not give us the courtesy of a phone call to let us know. When we contacted them on day three of our stay to find out why they didn't show up as promised, they informed us that they were not going to fix the toilet until after our stay concluded!!!
They claimed they needed to order a part for the plugged toilet. We were left wondering if this was an ongoing problem because they did not send anyone out to assess the problem.
When we arrived, there were ants in the master bathroom and on the dresser in the middle bedroom. There were ant traps and ant spray provided in the master bathroom, so this is apparently is an ongoing problem at the property.
The photos of the yard were taken while many of the large shrubs in backyard were still green. Many are now dead and dying and have not been removed or replaced.
This would have been a lovely stay if not for the broken promises and inaction of the management company.
To date, we have not received any compensation for our inconvenience.

This house was great! The management company greeted us with timely checkin information and was responsive when we touched base. The house was in great condition and well equipped in the kitchen and with a nice LG TV and surrounds for watching movies with the family. We will certainly look to stay here again!

Our first time in Portland/Beaverton was awesome. This house worked perfectly for 4 adults, a 5 year old and our 8 month old. We had plenty of space in this very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants/food trucks and neighboring downtown Portland. Great parks within walking distance to walk around and let our 5 year old explore(us too). When we are back in this area, we will be sure to book this house again. Thanks for everything!!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to major roads. Walking/running path nearby. Community center nearby for a small fee (if you want to workout). Very clean and decorated beautifully. Modern kitchen if you want to cook, but Uber eats delivery was very timely.

Great stay at this house. Pictures of, I assume, the owners family made it feel a little awkward.... like we were using somebody's home rather than a vacation rental, but not a big deal.
Water pressure wasn't great.... so I recommend caution with toilets and toilet business if you get what I mean. The bed in the first room might need some repairs but works. It just had a broken support that was noticed by the guest in that room. It made the bed uncomfortable.
Neighborhood was nice and quiet, easy to get to various places.

Excellent, clean property
The house was just as described. It was very clean and my one interaction with the property manager was quickly answered. There were a lot of rules with the house, but as long as you planned a quiet weekend, it was perfect!

Great stay
Home is clean and well stocked for a pleasant stay. Middle bedroom window latch was broken, but that is probably easily addressed. Great central location for the family wedding we attended!

Wonderful Quiet House/Neighborhood
Fun weekend for 40-something’s college buddies. Enjoyed the backyard and great spaces inside. Close to downtown pubs and Top Golf in Hillsboro.

Great stay at this spot!
We enjoyed this place a lot with family and young kids. It’s conveniently located to everywhere and we had a relaxing, fun stay. The kids toys and books helped a lot. Highly recommended and we will come back.

Cozy life
House was awesome and had a lot of space. The couches were super comfortable.
4.0
Great location & amenities were excellent
A few suggestions for the owners-
More blankets by the couches ( the ones they had looked like they were for a pet)
No personal photos on the walls-renters want an exclusive experience & it’s off putting to see hospital photos of someone.

A Beautiful, Comfortable Home
This is a lovely house with more space than our group of three needed. It was in a convenient location for our needs and provided exactly what we were looking for.

The Gathering Place
We loved our stay at the home. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood great for walking. There’s a walkway up the street that takes you around the waterway where people fish or leisurely hang out.
Appreciated soap pods left for our first load which we replaced for the next guest.
Kitchen was fully stocked.
The flow of the home was great. Spacious and comfy. Sleeping 6 in the bedrooms was tight but furniture surely made up for it.

Cute homey feel
My friends and I enjoyed the stay there. We wished we could’ve stayed longer :(. The home was beautiful. It had everything that we need. Close enough for us to get around to places.
Also, we liked that there were spices and condiments in the pantry available for us to use.
