Location an the receptionists are nice and friendly. Gabriel and Raphael are super nice.
The manager pressure and restrictions. I wasnt told I couldn’t leave our luggage after 4pm or even use the bathroom. I didn’t feel welcome by those restrictions and pressure. They have a deposit fee of 50 bucks (with limited options of payment only credit or cash)for no reason in my opinion since the place has not a big structure.

A localização era excelente! Muito perto da praia, restaurantes, shopping. Simplesmente perfeito! A equipe é super atenciosa, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Foi uma experiência excelente, com certeza vou voltar mais vezes, já que vou para o Rio de Janeiro com frequência.

O Hostel conta com uma boa localização e o local é bastante silencioso.
Eu fiquei hospedada 4 dias em uma suite privativa. Nenhum dia os funcionários entraram nem para tirar o lixo e verificar se tinha papel, por exemplo. No penultimo dia tive que pedir papel, tive que pedir que retirassem o lixo.

o quarto feminino é bom, de acordo com as fotos. a cama não é das melhores mas para pequenas estadias funciona. a localização é muito boa, isso fez a estadia compensar.
a estrutura do hostel é antiga, caberia uma boa reforma para melhorar o conforto dos hospedes e a sensação de que as coisas estão limpas. inclusive, a limpeza precisa melhorar, inclusive nos quartos.

Lo que mas nos gusto es la ubicación: a 1 cuadra de la playa Leblon. Cerca del centro comercial. La habitacion amplia y colchones cómodos.
El baño compartido no esta tan limpio. las almohadas un poco duras. Hay un sector compartido como cocina, pero no cuenta con horno u ornallas para cocinar. Quisimos calentar agua y tardaba mil horas con el electrodoméstico electrico. el resto ok

Foi o melhor hostel que eu já fiquei.
Toda a equipe muito simpática e educada, a organização e limpeza me surpreendeu.
Os banheiros/chuveiros são incríveis (o melhor banheiro de hostel que já fiquei).
Além da localização ser excelente, um quarteirão da praia (posto11) e tem restaurantes/lanchonetes no mesmo quarteirão. O shopping também fica muito próximo. Dá para ir a pé para o shopping, comer e ir nos bares do leblon.

Tudo bom. Rodo hostels pelo mundo todo e o Hostel Leblon conseguiu um feito que o torna ainda mais raro e atraente. A junção com um restaurante de excelente qualidade e preço bem honesto para os padrões cariocas. Isso tudo a uma quadra da praia num ponto excelente pra bater altinho no Leblon e dar um timbum no mar (q são meus programas do dia pra trip). Adriana, gerente, muito cordial, assim como toda equipe. No restaurante, excelente atendimento e prosa (resenha) futebolística idem com o garçom Fernando. Ganharam um cliente assíduo e fiel daqui em diante.

Fiquei hospedado no mesmo Hostel e troquei de quarto 3 vezes justamente pra conhecer, as acomodações e no segundo quarto acho muito desconfortável era perto da cozinha do restaurante que ficava no piso abaixo é era muito barulho os funcionários da cozinha falavam muito alto era muito perturbador

Quarto muito amplos bem localizado espaçoso arejado gostei por ter liberdade e poder trazer o que quiser e colocar na geladeira sem restrições.
Faltou parcerias e filipetas para festas parcerias com casas de festas e barracas de praia pra ter descontos.

Quarto bem estruturado, com cabide em gancho, luz, tomada e um nicho em cada cama, além da cortina, que ajudam a organizar seus pertences. O tanque e o varal de roupas comunitário são muito úteis para quem viaja por longos períodos.
O ar condicionado do quarto que fiquei é mal posicionado. O ar vinha diretamente sobre a beliche que eu estava. Ficava muito frio para quem dormia nessa beliche e para as pessoas que dormiam nas outras 2, ficava agradável ou quente.

If you look for a friendly staff and good location, these are the only positive things about this place. Everything else is a nightmare. Dirty rooms, mold, stained sheets, cold water, no AC after 8am and the worst part: cockroaches.

Se você procura por uma equipe amigável e uma boa localização, essas são as únicas coisas positivas sobre este lugar. Todo o resto é um pesadelo. Quartos sujos, mofo, lençóis manchados, água fria, sem ar-condicionado após as 8h da manhã e a pior parte: baratas.
We stayed for only two nights, but on our very first night, a giant cockroach appeared in the room. Even though the receptionist promptly came to kill it, the insect entered in a crack between the door and the wall and could not be found. The receptionist changed us to another room, but in the next day, they made us move back to the cockroach moldy room. I talked to the cleaning staff and the guy guaranteed he had the bedroom debuged, but the cockroach appeared again on the second night. This time, the receptionist was able to find and kill it.
Besides that:
- floor was dirty
- linen stained
- furniture and ceiling full of mold
- strong mold smell
- showers wouldn't remain warm for more than one minute
- shower stall needs some serious cleaning
- one day without water
- when the water came back, it was brown

Ficamos apenas duas noites, mas já na nossa primeira noite, uma barata gigante apareceu no quarto. Mesmo que o recepcionista tenha vindo prontamente para matá-la, o inseto entrou em uma fresta entre a porta e a parede e não pôde ser encontrado. O recepcionista nos transferiu para outro quarto, mas no dia seguinte, nos fizeram voltar para o quarto com barata e mofo. Falei com a equipe de limpeza e o rapaz garantiu que tinha desinsetizado o quarto, mas a barata apareceu novamente na segunda noite. Desta vez, o recepcionista conseguiu encontrá-la e matá-la.
Além disso:

forte cheiro de mofo
os chuveiros não ficavam quentes por mais de um minuto
a cabine do chuveiro precisa de uma limpeza séria

Localização, das pessoas. Que conheci, no segundo andar haviam banheiros completos, individuais, que tornavam o banho mais confortável .
Os banheiros no mesmo andar do quarto, as portas não fechavam direito, o quarto não possuía chave na porta, diariamente tínhamos a presença de um funcionário do sexo masculino no quarto feminino para apresentar a quarto para uma nova hóspede .

Não gostamos de nada da hospedagem. Ainda encontramos uma barata no quarto privativo.
Ficamos sem água quente para banho (em todo hostel) e ar condicionado não funcionava. Ninguém do hostel nos deu uma solução. Experiência pior do que péssima.

A localização, no coração do Leblon, ha 1 quarteirão da praia do posto 11, próximo da dias Ferreira com os barzinhos e restaurantes mais movimentados, próximo a lagoa e ao jockey club, achei o ligar excelente

A localização é excelente, nao tem como negar.
Dos banheiros, houve muito desperdício de água pois tanto os banheiros de debaixo quanto de cima eram muito ruins.
Todos os dias eu ficava de 10 a 15 minutos desperdiçando água para tomar banho em de 5 minutos por conta dos chiveiros que não funcionavam, toda hora esfriava e quando ficava bom, em menos de 1 minuto esfriava novamente.

Great Staff, One block away from Leblon Beach. 2nd best of 6 hostels I stayed at in LeBlon. Samantha was cute. Carlos was super helpful. Fridge, microwave, a place to dry my clothes. Bathrooms were good. Great Burger at Hell's Burgers in the Leblon Shopping Complex. The Hostel's restaurant was great too, and the discount made it the best option in the neighborhood. The filet de frango and file Mignon were outstanding. The biggest room was the best. Balcony right over the restaurant! good lockers, curtains, good space.
but only the upstairs bathrooms had hot water that I could get to work. the mattresses were a bit thin.

Great location, great restaurant downstairs! Samantha and Carlos were very helpful in navigating Rio! The hostel is only a block away from leblon beach. The Wi-Fi was good and the showers upstairs were hot. Carlos went above and beyond by showing me places near the hostel to get an adapter so my devices would work! The mall nearby has a great burger place called Hell's burgers! It's the best burger that I've eaten in South America! The beds have plenty of space and curtains! The 10-bed room had a fantastic balcony!
I could not get the showers downstairs to have hot water, but they were working on that issue when I was leaving.

The rooms are really small and they've put 9 beds in a single room. I've travelled in many hostels and i like multiple bed rooms in general but in this hostel, the room felt like a chamber with almost no area to sit and put any of your stuff. They don't even provide locks for the security of their clients bags. that shows their clear neglience towards their client safety. I'd never go back there. Horrible experience!

Maybe the worst shower I have ever been. Hostel was zero social. In the pics there is lot of people front of the hostel but that is a restaurant which is not part of the hostel
