Make yourself at home at this comfortable condo! New furnishings added early 2022. Top floor unit has vaulted ceilings, tons of windows, and is bright and airy. Step out on to the balcony with greenery to enjoy the ocean breezes. Perfect for working from home or distance learning with high speed wifi. Gorgeous kitchen filled with everything you need to cook any meal or enjoy grilling on the balcony barbecue. Huge master bedroom with king, attached bathroom and walk in closet, plus a second balcony with garden views. Second bedroom has queen bed and twin bed. Plantation shutters throughout. Close to beach access stairs to enjoy your days on the sand. Easy walk to all of Solana Beach's restaurants and shopping. Excellent central location.
Located in Seascape Sur, renowned for its exquisite landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking and a nightly security patrol. There are two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, spacious patio area, and direct beach access. Take a morning walk to one of the many nearby coffee and breakfast spots, including the Cedros Design District, which also offers a Sunday Farmers Market. Just blocks away from the Coaster train station which will take you south to downtown San Diego, the Padres ballpark, Old Town San Diego and other area attractions. Seascape Sur is the residence of choice for the Del Mar Race Track seasons.

The gated complex and garage parking is secure and has access to solana beach. The apartment overlooks the road and has stairs leading up to it. The apartment could do with some maintenance but everything worked and was clean .

I especially like its easy access to the PCH cycling trail.We had a few mechanical issues and a leak due to the heavy rain, but Stubbs addressed them right away.

Trip to a soccer nationals tournament in Del Mar with 4 of us. Was plenty of room, excellent location and extremely clean. The fair was going on that week and even with that traffic, it wasn’t unbearable. Shops and restaurants were close which made it very convenient.

Great location. We loved the updated kitchen, and everything was well stocked. Beds were comfy. carpet is new. The rental agency was awesome to work with and always responded quickly. Though the complex is older it is well maintained wth beautiful landscaping, very quiet, and the kids enjoyed the pool. We had cooler weather this week and the ceiling fans are effective so no a/c was not an issue at all.

We stayed at this BEAUTIFUL property while visiting our family out in San Diego and could not have loved it more. Both my spouse and I had to work while there - wifi was great and we were able to do video calls. The area is super quiet and we were steps away from the beach front. We had everything we need and more, and the staff were eager to help us with anything we needed and easy to contact. Our only discomfort was nights were a little warm without air conditioning- but we completely understood we’d be without it while we were there. Will absolutely consider staying here again on our next visit!

We had lived in this area over 15 years ago and knew we wanted to go back to the north county. This condo did not disappoint. I thought it was too good to be true with its proximity to the ocean. Great facilities overall as well with the pools/hot tubs/tennis courts. We used everything. The property managers were so helpful and had plenty of boogie boards and beach chairs to loan out for no charge. We are anxious to book here again!!

This is such an amazing place for a family vacation. Walk across the street for restaurants, yoga an a gym. Walk down a path to the beach, tennis courts, pool and hot tub. Great family vacation.

We had an amazing stay enjoying proximity to the beach, the gorgeous property and grounds, and a perfect condo. Wonderfully furnished and decorated, all our needs were met with a toddler for a great week. Stubbs management did a great job keeping in touch and with check-in and check-out. We will be back!

We stayed here for 10 days in March 2022 as an adult family. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there are some considerations for future renters: Pros: * Relatively quite location, lots of beautiful grounds, kept neat. Liked walking around the complex. * Good breeze when front and back sliders are open * Kitchen and appliances were new and relatively clean * Walk to the beach (lots of steps) * Easy access to parking, 2 reserved spaces * OK Wifi, doesn't reach back bedrooms Considerations; * Unit is in the last row of the four buildings, furthest from the beach and closest to the road. Not too much road noise, but it is there. Bedrooms are on the other end. * There is a general "musty / old" smell to the unit. Might have been the washer that needs to be cleaned and deodorized. Candles needed to overcome. * Screen door sliders would jam up in their tracks and were difficult to open and close - we kept thinking we would break them. * Main room couch is very uncomfortable - hard leather. Not conducive to lounging. * 2nd bedroom has a funky layout - 1 large bed, 1 twin bed, 1 tiny chair * No TV in master bedroom * No useable chairs in either bedroom for reading, relaxing, etc. * No HVAC, so need space heaters in cooler weather. Had to find those and figure it out. * Small water heater - 2nd person showering is gonna be disappointed when the water gets cold. 3rd person SOL. Service: * Master bed sheets were stained when we arrived. Didn't realize until the next morning since we checked in late. Yuck. * Large stain (coffee?) in the master bedroom carpet. Both issues were addressed by the management company after we informed them. No consideration or compensation was offered.
