I lived in St. Malo until college years, intra-muros specifically, and know town extremely well. Poor service within property agency. We were given 1 key in a 4 bedroom place. Extremely inconvenient and not acceptable in todays society. 1 key per bedroom is standard. They said they would get extra key from cleaning service and never did nor reached out to us again. Bathroom door would not shut or lock. They said they would fix it but they never came. We notified them immediately and we stayed for 14 nights. The place was extremely dirty. Dust all over beds on arrival. Floors were not clean. Clients vacuumed and cleaned everything on arrival. Extremely noisy area. Late night people making noise.Trucks entering infra-muros are very noisy. (No indication of this in description). Positives: Very close to grocery store and close to beaches. The apartment is extremely outdated decor-wise. I would recommend converting the laundry room into a second bathroom/2nd toilet. Having 1 full bathroom for 4 bedrooms is certainly not ideal. Also, need better instructions for learning how to use the door code/buzz people in. Lastly, despite our efforts to communicate and make needs known to property manager, communication was terrible—meaning zero communication with us during our stay. They had both phone and email to reach me. Will not rent again!

Description conforme, chambres et déco sympa. Equipements fonctionnels, localisation idéale, à qq minutes de la plage et de la porte st-vincent. Il n'y a qu'une seule salle d'eau avec salle de bain et toilette dans la même pièce, pas évident pour 8 pers. Parking étroit mais peut dépanner. Gestion par l'agence à améliorer : un seul jeu de clés, pas d'indication sur le parking, bip de parking avec piles faibles (nous sommes restés bloqué 30 min dans le ss sol)
