The place was even more spacious than pictured and I had a really relaxing stay. The host was incredibly good with communication (speedy and instructions were super clear). The location was just a few blocks away from eateries and bars. I highly recommend this place!

More of an apartment then a bungalow. Perfect location to walk to local events and restaurants. Unfortunately the floors are thin , it sounded like horses stomping on the floor throughout the day and late at night.

This property was perfect for a weekend stay. Though it wasn’t as central as expected, it was still really close to everything and Ubers were really cheap. I would stay here again 1000%, I had a fantastic time.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here. Two things that are important to my husband and I is a comfortable bed and good water pressure. This bed exceeded our expectations and the shower was Great with plenty of hot water

The apartment was everything we wanted. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, check in/check out was easy, and the location was perfect. Communication with the homeowners was easy. We had a fantastic time exploring the city for the first time and this was the perfect location to do everything we wanted.

The owners are great! Very responsive and helpful! We appreciated their guidance and support, as we arrived very late to the property due to airline delays. Overall, the place is clean and close to everything. Cozy and comfy accommodations. We enjoyed the Keurig. The owners provide lots of amenities, too! The only negatives we experienced were that, unfortunately, as women, we would say this area is not the safest at night. I am sure it would be fine if there were more of us. We also had some trouble with parking. There is street parking available, but it is not convenient. Very close to the freeway, downtown areas, and easily accessible by car, walk, or Lyft/Uber. There is a parking garage located a few blocks away. The property is on the lower level, so you can hear the other tenants above, but that happens at hotels too. We would definitely recommend it! The owners are wonderful! Thanks again for a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in. Only issue is this is a basement apartment and could hear people walking around. Woke us up from time to time. Other than that, this was worth the price.

Comfortable place to stay while visiting our daughter and son-in-law for the holiday. We were able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal with the fairly equipped kitchen and had a nice space to chill and visit. Easy access to local spots. Loved the park across the street!!!

Nice little place. My only major issue was alllllll the flies. Like huge flies. They had a fly swatter but it was broken. It looked like someone tried to tape it back together but the tape pulled off and it was sticky. Be sure to bring your own pillows. Other than that, had a nice stay.

The apartment was great for a private getaway during our busy weekend visiting family in East Sacramento. There is a big bathroom and a big comfy bed! We arrived at the house very late at night on both Friday and Saturday nights after long days with family and had no trouble finding street parking right on the block. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Nice place to stay!
