Very comfortable and clean condo conveniently located near the beach. Great stay overall.

We made the reservation last-minute and Edmund, our host, was great to work with. We loved the accommodations and the views. The short walk down the hill to the beach was awesome. The parking spot was great to have as the area didn't offer much parking availability.
We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a quiet beach trip with access to all the amenities of San Clemente, CA. It was a perfect outing for us!

Our family of four had a good experience staying here and visiting the beach and Legoland. The management was very helpful and there are many items in the garage for the beach which will be useful, like a wagon and boogie boards and surfboards. I was initially cautious about the lack of AC, but the temperature really does stay magically nice for summer time.
For other families with little kids, I'll just give a couple words of caution: yes, this place is very close to the beach but the terrain in San Clemente is extremely hilly. We ended up just driving down a minute or two and using the cheap parking, which was abundant and was always available. But I wouldn't use a wagon or expect kids under 5 to walk if they're not used to it.
The other items are a) there's not really a way to block morning sunlight, and b) the loft area and the bed are one very big room at multiple levels, so sound travels.
These items didn't cause any problems for our family though. We actually got to bed early and woke up refreshed and ready for fun. And, the arrangements of the stay were super convenient. If we come back to San Clemente, I would stay here again!

This is a 3 tiered condo, but it’s worth it for the balcony view. I was there with my two daughters, but I could only imagine how good it would be with another couple or a small group. Take advantage of the close walk to the beach. There are a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
We had some maintenance issues. We were out and about for the day and everything was resolved
by the time we returned. My daughters loved it and we would definitely book this condo again.

My family loved our stay here. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the water, nice walk to the pier. The rooftop deck was perfect! The house had everything we needed for the kitchen, restrooms, and bedding. The washer and dryer came in clutch and worked fine. Had fun with the items in the garage, I didn’t know how bad we needed a surf board until we made use of the two provided. Ive never surfed and had no plans to, but I’m so glad I did! We had a blast and would love to stay again.

We had a great family stay here with my 16, 14 and 11 year old kids. Great access to a nice quiet beach. The surf and body boards provided by the host are in excellent condition. We especially enjoyed abundance of outdoor space at the property. My kids are already talking about wanting to come back.

The property was updated and in good condition with good proximity to beach access. Lots of stairs from street level to entry, however, it was advertised as such and we knew it when booking. This was a last-minute decision for a short getaway due to our college-age kids being home for a limited time. The only disappointment was the price increased by a few hundred dollars within an hour from originally checking out options which put a damper on what we wanted to do while staying.

The property was very clean and the host was very attentive. Great ocean view and breeze. Very close to the beach and close to the San Clemente pier and shopping.

One of the best vacay experiences ive ever had. Clean, convenient, perfect location. If you dont mind a few flights of stairs, this place is a find. The views from rooftop were awesome. Will be staying again for sure.

My husband and i stayed here for a few days...so close to beach and rooftop deck let us see and hear the waves! Very clean and comfortable! Did not lack for anything, you will love it too!

The house is really clean and well stocked. Owner is extremely responsive, willing to help out with any issue that may arise (i.e. noisy neighbors) and constantly improving rental space (new fire pits during our stay). House is extremely close to the ocean, the pier; walking distance to the "main street". The 3 flights of stairs are doable but can be challenging for a senior or someone with knee issues, so keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful month, had a terrific/responsive Landlord and loved San Clemente.

The photos do a good job of capturing the spot, and the owner is surely one of the nicest folks in San Clemente. My SO and I had a perfect weekend trip down there using this as our base of operations. There is a path nearby that cuts right down to the beach.

Great property with everything you need
This was a neat property in San Clemente just a few steps from access to the beach. From the rooftop patio you have a great view of the water. We didn't do much cooking in the unit, but it appeared to have everything you could want to do so. Full appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware. Having access to the garage to store our bicycles was a wonderful benefit. We also took advantage of some of the beach gear provided. Only downside, mentioned in other reviews, is that there are a LOT of stairs that must be climbed just to get to the unit and then more stairs in the unit to get to the bedroom/bath and another set if you want to get up to the outdoor patio. Not a problem for us, and we got our daily step counts in, but definitely not a place for someone with mobility issues. The main bedroom and the single bath (and laundry) are on the middle floor ... so you have to walk upstairs from the kitchen/living area to use bath. The set of bunk beds (which we didn't use) are in a third story "loft" area next to access to the rooftop patio that overlooks the bedroom area on the floor below. If you have a larger group, you won't have much privacy here. With just the two of us, it worked out great! Great communication with the owner - he responded literally immediately to all correspondences.

Sensational San Clemente
The property was exactly like the pictures. The location was fantastic everything was perfect. I work remote so stayed here for the month of May. Morning coffee on the rooftop deck looking at the view of the ocean was a highlight and a great way to start every day the accommodations were comfortable, nice, and it was just an all-around great experience. I would definitely come back. Super easy check in and check out. All remote, everything worked. All good!

Pineapple "Sweet"
"Sweet" is the perfect word for this property! If you are thinking about staying here think no longer. You won't be disappointed. You do need to consider it only has (1) bathroom and lots of stairs, but it isn't going to stop us from reserving this place again next year.
