We were in town for a project and had the pleasure of staying here for about two weeks. The owners were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. If in the area again we would definitely stay here.

No extra TP, 4 forks, dirty stove, dirty dishes in the drawers. Don’t plan on making a meal. Kitchen only good for warming up leftovers. Don’t walk barefoot, the floor gaps will pinch your feet! Fencing good for large dogs, gaps at gates. Driveway is dangerous, large cracks and moving concrete. Whole house smells like cat piss. Couch I couldn’t even let my grandson on…gross!!! Dining room table about to fall apart. In my husbands words “you get what you pay for” I suggest paying a little more and finding somewhere else to stay!

It was really nice but needs to BE STOCKED BETTER. NO PAPER TOWELS ONLY 6 coffee pods no snacks I've been to others that was fully stocked. We didn't have enough towels to dry with or dish towels. No baggies, foil and not enough pods for washer. We bought our own. Communication was not the best on line but we did get Locked out made a phone call to number I found and got a Response back right away from a very helpful lady. Be careful the rug is folded at corner just don't want a accident we rolled it up
And then put it back as we left. Hopefully this helps but if I did need to stay in the area again i would look you up. Thank you do much

The front yard will make many turn around but because its the country I expect it.. I am city woman and felt nice to get away. It was cozy place for I & the family. There were many nearby stores I love that and gas station you will never go hungry. The house was spacious enough for us and we love the back yard patio.. Overall ill stay was good

Here's the bottom line: this rental is one of those that doesn't have any personal touches. It was one of the most basic kitchen set-ups I've ever seen in a VRBO. Be sure to buy salt and pepper! Lol. The backyard is so sparse, it just isn't inviting at all. The carpets are needing replaced (heavy stains) and the bathroom walls have lots of peeling paint. However, the beds were comfortable. The laundry machines worked well and we used them. House smells musty. Driveway is not easy to park in because the concrete is badly broken up. I think the most disappointing part for us was the amount we paid for such a basic place. I think a hotel would have been a better choice for our group and it would have been a savings. Also, I tried contacting management twice and never heard back from them. If you're looking for a basic place to stay with pets, etc, this may be the house for you.

Our short two night stay in Fayetteville at this location was just right. The house is small, but fit our family of 6 perfectly. The house is clean and well kept, aside from some attention that was needed on the bathroom walls. There is a small grocery store within a two minute drive and the neighbourhood was quiet.

My overall experience was positive the house was very clean. My only issues one bathroom needs painting, the carpets in two rooms are stained. I would prefer a T.v in the room. Lastly, the driveway needs repairs immediately I’m not young tripped a couple times at night.
