The Truth

If the Experience is BAD right after the moment you Check in, would you have anything much as Like?

(1) Right at Check in, they asked for Full Payment of the Duration of Stay, (2) They started Pestering me for paying the Full Payment of my Stay, (3) I conveyed, I have paid INR 5000 on Check in by Cash, so it is proportionate for 3 days, and then I shall Check Out, (4) They started arguing I have to pay the FULL MONEY of my Stay of 9 days, I showed then the Condition of my booking, Cancellation at any time without any Charge, (5) I remember to have booked through booking.com, whereas my communication got through oyo hotels, the Call Centre Boys does NOT want to listen the Cancellation Clause, and pestered my to pay the Full Amount of 9 days, (6) In the Night around 9.00pm, the Manager, named Akash of Dove Residency (It is no formerly, the Hotel Exists), knocked at my Room and spoke with his Manager, named Parthamesh, Corporate Head Quarters, OYO Hotels,he too argued without honouring Cancellation Clause, saying Pay the Full Amount for 9 Days Reservation, (7) The Manager, Akash, threatened me to move out of his Hotel right in the middle of the Night, when I said INR 5000 is with you, then he said he will count me as a Walk in Customer with Daily Rate of INR 2500 per day, (8) I conveyed, now all equation cleared, I agree to Check Out before 12.00 noon on 15th October 2024, effectively staying less than 2 days as a walk-in Customer, (9) On 15th October 2024, I checked out of the Hotel around 9.00am, (10) www.booking.com, hereinafter if a Travellers booking is getting outsourced to shady Hotel Chains like OYO and similar, then be Honest to mention it in your website. That way atleast I will come to know www.booking.com is NOT to be Trusted, and they are the same like Shady Hotel Chains like OYO. Claim Big, Deliver almost Nothing. Have a Lovely Day ... Dissatisfied

I had made payments thru gpay n the amount wasn't showing in their account immediately, so I tried almost 4 times, my account got debited with the account 4 times and m still struggling to get my payment back

Nothing.

The condition of the hotel was pathetic. The lift had to be slammed to close it. The staircase was fully loaded with dirt items. Cockroaches on the bed. The washroom was wet and was used by someone else as the floor was wet and discarded tissue paper around. Had difficulty in locking the door as well as there was no proper lighting to insert the key.

booked this last minute for a short birthday staycation with my mom ,checked in 8.30 pm, the front desk manager started acting creepy after the checkin process! , i had called the property and spoken to him in advance for a cute quite birthday, with balloons & cake in the room, using our own upholstery so that sheets don't get dirty with the cake wtc..they agreed saying, as long as two guests check in & no rules are volatiled we can ! Same was communicated on the front desk ...he quietly let us checkin but as soon as he realized we were two women alone in the room things took a creepy turn instead of making us feel safe & allowing a peaceful stay he kept walking into our room the entire night & wouldn't leave the room for hours at a stretch trying to show us how they do wedding decors and stuff..kept opening the room without informing or knocking & when we objected he said its a protcol to check for damages in the room ? What kind of people check damages while people are staying inside ? How were few roses ballon & cake damaging the room? If cutting cake in room was was such an issue then why let us check in? that encouraged other staffers to do the same & later multiple men keep showing up to see how the room was "decorated" under this false pretext of checking for damages in the room Things got so uncomfortable & scary that we left that place at 1 am ! When i came back to handover keys morning checkout he tried to harass me more. Even oyo area manager noel didn't realize the gravity of this issue I have travelled the world with my senior citizen mother ,never encountered such a strong hospitality bias towards women ,if anything people everwhere have been kind & upgraded our travel experiences

The charging extra money from couples...As online while booking it shown 1500 on check in they took 1800...Also small rooms.Not worth at all

Cleaning was not up to the mark. Breakfast was not provided. Tata Play recharge was not done. Bed was not comfortable and bedsheets were not clean

its was a nightmare but seems no one is bothered.

its operating as lodge not a hotel , rest you can judge. i was told breakfast is part of my booking but hotel denied. such fake commitment to clients are really disappointing.

Budget hotel with good location

No facilities almost. Breakfast was mentioned as included while making reservations through booking.com but hotel staff informed that breakfast is only complimentary if booking is made directly at hotel and not through booking.com. Check out mentioned in booking.com website and one followed by hotel is different.
