Welcome to Rolling Hills Retreat! THE BEST LOCATION FOR EASY ACCESS TO ALL OF THE BRANSON AREA!

This huge, 1,700 sq. ft. condo is the perfect home base to relax during your unforgettable vacation exploring Branson's famous lakes, family-friendly attractions, dining at great restaurants, going for a dip in the outdoor pool or taking in the beautiful scenery of the Ozark Mountains, all while making lifelong memories.

The open and spacious floor plan flows from the fully equipped kitchen through the dining area and family room to the private balcony with scenic views of the beautiful landscape. The condo offers 2 master suites (1 master suite has a kitchenette), jacuzzi tub and a large kitchen with everything you need for the cooking enthusiast. All bathrooms have walk-in showers. In addition, there are 4 flat-screen TVs with a 65” smart TV in the living room, games for all ages, 2 private balconies to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, in-unit laundry and plenty of parking.

You will sleep well in any of our large bedrooms, each with King size mattresses, boasting luxurious bedsheets, comforters and blankets. In addition to the bedrooms, the family room couch pulls out into a full sofa sleeper. You can count on the fact that you will be comfortable and have everything you need at your fingertips to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Our condo is conveniently located 1 mile from the US-65 highway giving you easy access to all of Branson's famous attractions; Silver Dollar City (12 Min), Table Rock Lake (12 Min), Downtown Branson (8 Min), The Landing (8 Min), The Strip (10 Min), Top of the Rock (20 Min), Branson RecPlex/AquaPlex (2 Min) and all of the restaurants, activities and shows. You are located less than a mile from the best place to do your shopping…Super Walmart along with a Target, Aldi and various other stores and restaurants.

Our condo is only a 1/2 mile from the famous Branson RecPlex/AquaPlex which is a wonderful facility that includes a 44,000 sq. ft. recreation center with gymnasiums, fitness center, indoor track and a 12,000 sq. ft. aquatic center that are all available to you for a nominal fee. Adults and kids will both love visiting this awesome facility!

Who loves the lake? Our condo is a short drive to all three of the area’s pristine lakes: Table Rock, Taneycomo and Bull Shoals. Water sports enthusiasts can swim, water ski, wakeboard, tube, boat, sail, scuba dive, jet ski, parasail, kayak and, of course, fish. The lakes’ waters never freeze, welcoming visitors to enjoy activities on the water year-round. Enjoy easy access to the water at a number of public marinas and boat dock/launch areas. Several commercial docks offer fishing guide services and a wide range of boat rentals, including ski boats, pontoon boats, bass boats and wave runners.

Plan on golfing when you visit? Our condo is a golfer’s paradise! It is only 1 mile from nationally acclaimed Branson Hills Golf Club which is the Golf Channel’s “2021 Golf Advisor Choice” for the #1 best golf course in Missouri.

The Condo is so comfortable, Relaxing, rhe location is sooo on point close enough to everything 👌 our family ENJOYED 😉 IT SO MUCH 😀 BRIAN the host he is REALLY the BEST 👌 HOST we have ever came across while traveling!! TALKING ABOUT SUPER HOST!! They were right there when we needed them 💯 U dont get a better HOST ☺️ Thank U so much BRIAN and family for the hospitality we really appreciate it . This condo is stunning and in a beautiful location! We came for a baseball tournament and could walk to the Rec-Plex if we wanted, but were also only 10-15 minutes from the other tourist sites of Branson. The pool was a great bonus for our kiddos as was the beautiful golf course right next door. The owners are so nice and helpful as well. Can’t recommend this condo enough!!

We had a family of 7 stay for 8 days at this amazing condo. It was clean, spacious and close to everything we wanted to do. The host provided many amenities other hosts do not including trash bags, soap for cleaning dishes and even ziplock bags. The pool at the condo was nice, as was the complex. Host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was one of our best stays. Kitchen was well stocked with the best of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Everything worked well and never heard neighbors talking or moving around. Want to come back here again, just hope we can find it again online. (only thing I would change is to add a barn door to the master bathroom) haha. A little more privacy would have been nice.

Our group is aged 65-80 and we wanted a 3 bed/3 bath on one level. This condo was perfect. It’s in a great location. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes/tools we needed. The countertop for buffet serving was huge and seating for 6 at the round dining table was great for card playing. The condo is on the 3rd floor but it is just a couple of doors down from the elevator and on the first floor the elevator is just off the parking lot. Perfect for my friend with a scooter. There is seating for 4 on the main balcony and a private balcony for 2 off the first bedroom. Right down the street is Walmart and other stores we find at home. Great if you forget an ingredient for a dish. We hope to get to come back soon and will definitely book this condo again.

Loved the location because it’s on the outskirts of the busy attractions but a short drive to them. Also a Target and Walmart was right around the corner plus restaurants. The condo itself was perfect for my family of five plus grandma. Spacious and pretty decor just needs new grout for the tiles in kitchen & bathroom because we kept on stepping on broken pieces. Would definitely stay here again. :)

Very nice condo with accommodations for our family weekend experience of Branson. We loved the location. It’s not too far from anything that you might need, but it’s still off the main tourist area enough that we could relax some. I would highly recommend this condo for a vacation rental if you’re coming to Branson. We had 3 adults and 5 kids and had a great time. Very clean place. We used the pool and they had towels we could use

Our group of 6 visited Branson 6/12/23 to 6/16/23. We stayed in the Branson Hills area at Eagles Nest condominiums. I booked with Brian, and everything went smoothly throughout the process. Brian answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The condo was roomy and very well furnished. The beds were the most comfortable ever. Each couple had the same comments regarding the bedding. What I appreciated the most was the cleanliness of the property. It was spic and span. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal, and the fridge had ample space for your food and beverages. The ice maker was a nice perk, also. Nice, roomy balcony off the living area and one of the three king bedrooms. Overall, one of the very best properties that our group has stayed at, in our many years of travel. Brian is awesome, and I’m glad that I booked this condo through VRBO and a property owner who takes such good care of his clients. Brian, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to book with you, and we look forward to a future stay with you in Branson.

Very clean and extremely comfortable setting close to everything in Branson. Great communication property owners too (esp. Brian). Very highly recommended!
