Everything was as expected except some small housekeeping items. Otherwise this stay was in an old building with tons of charm. Exactly as expected in NOLA, so close to the quarter!

Condo beautiful as described. Great location near a vibrant music scene, food and art. Best suited to adults, looking for adult fun.

The girls and I had such a wonderful time catching up and making memories at this fabulous condo! It was just as depicted in the pictures and came well stocked with everything we needed.
First and most importantly, we never felt unsafe as there are 3 doors of entry that each required a code. Being on a corner lot in the Frenchman district, the wrap-around balcony gave us a great view of revelers and an opportunity to enjoy the sound of local music! Great location, and even greater accommodations. You won't be disappointed!

Really loved the apartment. Comfy beds, stylish apartment, and very cool during the hot summer days. Frenchman street is alive with jazz and people watching. You need to be okay with a bit of noise, but the white noise machines in each bedroom helped! Our hosts were attentive and always available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The property is as good as it looks. Located within in minutes of the French Quarter. No need for a car when staying at this locale. Wonderful entertainment right there. The property is very accommodating and comfortable. The noise level was not too bad for sleeping, but who is sleeping in New Orleans. Highly recommended. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We LOVED IT.

Check in was easy. The apartment was very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and well equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The artwork and general decor was well done. This was an overall beautiful rental and I would highly recommend it.

Had such a great time at this property. It was in the perfect location to walj pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. A surprise parade went right by the belocny and the noise wasnt terrible. They had white noise machines in the rooms and that was a huge help. Washing machines were also a huge plus. Beautiful property and responsive hosts.

Great location within short walking distance to the French quarter as well as quieter neighborhoods. Sunny open main room nice for gathering. It is noisy at night as there are 3 music venues nearby but that was not an issue for us. Property manager very responsive.

The apartment is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Love the balcony and the location!!! The outside noise is incredibly loud especially on weekends. Frenchmen Street is noisy because of the awesome live music and crowds till at least 2 am. This could be fun if you are looking for a party atmosphere. As another reviewer mentioned, now there are also commercial and private vehicles that loop the street blaring extremely loud party music and loud bass. Kind of takes away from the great live music vibe on the street. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable in every other way. We had many enjoyable evenings sitting on the balcony, listening to music down below and people watching. The owners were wonderful-very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. All in all a wonderful time!! Highly recommend for a lively nightowl group vacay. 😄

We had a blast at this lovely spacious apartment! The balcony was absolutely amazing and we spent lots of time out there enjoying the music from local bars and the lively street scene below. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Best location in NOLA for enjoying all the city has to offer!

Came out for a quick stay in New Orleans to get some great food, good live music and take on the vibe of the city. The last time I came to New Orleans we visited the Frenchmen area, this property allowed us to experience just that. The property was very clean, enough space for us and we couldn't ask for more, when it comes to location, location, location. Excellent stay!

The apartment is gorgeous and clean. The balcony is perfect and a great place to hang. There is an awesome bar just next door, and you are steps away from all the Marigny has to offer and so close to the Bywater and French Quarter too. As others have said, it can be a bit loud at night and early morning, but the sound machines helped, and we loved the energy of the surroundings. Even my 70 year old mom enjoyed the place despite the sounds. Weekend nights were a bit louder than weeknights. This is an amazing place to stay. I’d book it again without hesitation.

Loved the apartment, with great access to some of the best music in the city!

We found this gem on Frenchman St and knew it would be perfect for our friend group. The rental is an upscale space and perfect for a group. The balcony was fun for people watching and listening to the bustling street.
Thank you for having the white noise machines. This did help drown out the street noise. I’m a light sleeper and slept fine after the first night. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Our group absolutely loved this location and unit! We wanted the music of Frenchmen Street, and we were right across from our three favorites. This place looked newly remodeled with lovely decor. We enjoyed the outside gallery that wraps around the corner. The coffee bar was a nice touch and appreciated the coffee and Kuerig pods. We felt very safe in our unit with three coded doors between us and the street. It was a great spot to people watch and relax between outings. We did hear music and trucks in the late night and early morning, but decided it was a good trade off for the fabulous location. There are only two suggestions for the unit…provide more tissue paper in the bathrooms (we purchased more) and more hangers (there were about 12-15 for the entire place) I like to hang my clothes and unpack my suitcase. Without hangers or a dresser, we had to live out of the suitcase. Not a big deal, just would have been nice.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Very nice and clean property exactly as described. We loved the balcony and the bar downstairs! Everything is walkable within the French Quarter. The only negative is that Frenchman is extremely loud, but they do provide sound machines in every room.

The house was amazing. We spent so much time out on the wrap around deck watching hustle and bustle of the area. The location was amazing, so many restaurants and bars on the block. An easy walk to the French Quarter. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was our second stay in this apartment. The apartment is a beautifully renovated, well-appointed, very clean and updated property in a traditional old New Orleans brick building a stone's throw from the French Quarter. The things we love the best are the high ceilings and windows, the generous wrap-around balcony, and the proximity to things we like to do in New Orleans. The sole drawback is that the outside noise is terrible. On weekend nights especially, Frenchmen Street is noisy because of music and crowds. We expect that, but now there are commercial and private vehicles that loop the street blaring obnoxiously loud "party" music out of speakers facing the street. This is hard to listen to when you're awake, much less when you are trying to sleep. It is not the fault of the property owner and something I suspect people wish the city would attempt to control. Also, the building across the street is undergoing a gut renovation which creates noise on weekday mornings.
Thankfully, the property owner has supplied each bedroom with a brown noise maker, which we supplemented with ear plugs and noise apps from our phones.
Overall, this is an A+ apartment with the noise being the only drawback.

This place was perfect for 3 couples. Exactly as described. Close to all kinds of entertainment. Balcony was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay here again!

Love NOLA and go a lot. Always close to Frenchman but never on. Had a blast. The place was modern and clean. There was a massive wrap around balcony that gave a vip view of the scene below. I was able to park a short two blocks away for free. Fast Wi-Fi and cold ac. Place was great.
It’s on Frenchman, if a very quiet night is important to you this may not be your place. But if sipping your favorite beverage on a proper NOLA balcony at night is, you’ll like this place.

Long weekend stay
Great location in the heart of the Frenchmen music scene. Short walk to Jackson Square and French Quarter. Located on intersection so noise from music clubs and vehicles may bother some, but wasn't a big issue for our group. Would absolutely rent here again!

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT
This property is absolutely beautiful and a perfect to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The wrap around balcony is a perfect place to sit and drink coffee in the morning and watch the neighborhood come to life. The rooms and bathrooms are fully stocked and very comfortable to stay in, plenty of closet space. I will stay there again!

Gorgeous space and great location!
My friends and I booked this spot to stay during Quarter Fest, which unfortunately was cancelled but we decided to come anyway. This apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip. Clean, spacious patio, and overlooks Frenchman street. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the music!! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for music and food
We lucked out by renting this in a prime location with an awesome porch. The Rambler Bar next door was great neighborhood bar and Blake was great bartender and very friendly. Overall loved our stay.

I'll be back!
The description of this place is spot on. You could not be closer to music + restaurants, and yet you're just outside the crazy touristed french quarter. The balcony is enormous. The kitchen perfectly equipped. The beds comfortable. A+
