Location is great, you can just aim to spend all time at the hotel if you're looking for a relaxing holiday. The private beach was the biggest benefit for us. Also at this time, hotel wasn't very busy so it was very easy for us to get the best table for breakfast on the terrace and the best lounger on the beach without stressing about it. Generally the hotel and beach area is safe and staffed so you don't have to worry about leaving your belongings at the lounger.
Beach view from the room was hard to beat, just spending time on the balcony was very special. The beach itself and the promenade are very lively.
The area is family friendly, safe, quiet at night.
All was very good, perhaps one area for improvement that I would suggest is training staff a bit more. Was clear they're working in hospitality as a part time / non trained staff. I.e. table settings was done incorrectly sometimes, it was hard to get their attention sometimes on the terrace (staff being on their phones), nobody told us about hotel facilities on arrival - we were sort of left to figure it all out ourselves and when we asked, very short answers were provided. Staff training - expected a bit more.

Riomar is a wonderful hotel, great facilities and a fabulous laid-back, friendly vibe. The hotel is well positioned just outside the centre of Santa Eulalia and away from the more crowded area and marina however you can walk there along then coastal path in c10 minutes. The staff are really friendly and accommodating; the food is delicious. We had breakfast included each day and ate dinner one night in the hotel which was really good too. The pool is refreshing with a nice area to relax on comfy loungers. The hotel has a beach area with its own beds and towels. It’s not the nicest of beaches you will find in Ibiza but we preferred to spend time there later in the afternoon as there was more space, the sea breeze was lovely, as was the bar to table service!
The rooms are small with limited space to hang or store clothes once you have unpacked. We went to Benirràs one day and couldn’t get back that evening as there were no taxis available. We called the hotel to ask if they could order one and help us get back however they said they could only order taxis to collect from the Riomar. This was not particularly helpful to support us getting home at night.

The location is amazing. Loved the breakfast too!

Location location on the beach short walk to Santa Eulalia
The staff - the most unfriendly of any hotel we have stayed on the island.
The event that was happening took all the attention away from paying hotel guest , the quality of the food , also was completely different.
Breakfast was poor the quality and the choice not 4*

Service was very good. All staff were friendly and professional. Fantastic location, right by the beach. Lovely atmosphere. It looks good. No problem getting sun beds. Wish we had paid up for a sea view.
Rooms are only just big enough. Not a lot of space for your clothes. Lighting not great for getting ready to go out.

Location right by the sea was wonderful. Beds were super comfy and view out to sea breathtaking. The pool beds were also comfy and big. Was great to have waiter/waitress service whilst sunbathing. The pool is really deep which I liked also. I don't drink, so was good to see zero beer and mocktails on the menu. Ideal for a short or long stay. Staff, particularly concierge were friendly and informative

Just so simple but stunning. Being beachside with exclusive beds was dreamy.
A little bit more gym equipment would have made it 10/10. Still enough to get by though.

We loved the hotel design & all the events proposed to the guests (yoga, movie night, Cuban night, …).
The staff was always charming and helpful.
The food was also very good!
The room we stayed in was a little small but it’s a good excuse to spend more time outside 🙃

The Hotel is perfectly located literally you walk out across the promenade and you are on the beach. Hotel has their own sunbeds on the beach. A gentle stroll along the promenade and you are in the town with access a multitude of restaurants. Pool is beautiful and well maintained, rooms are decorated to a high standard, aircon is more than adequate.
Whilst both the Japanese and lunch food were excellent, the rest of the menu could have been more varied.

Second time back and was not disappointed. Super friendly, smiley, helpful staff - and that is ALL the staff.

The hotel was towards the quieter end of Santa Eulalia which was perfect. You could still walk to the restaurants, ferry etc but the beach immediately outside the hotel wasn’t at all busy mid Aug which was a relief.
Such lovely, comfortable sunbeds, parasols & beach towels available at all times on the beach and by the pool.
Amazing selection at the breakfast buffet, never looked tired. Fresh fruits, cereals, cheeses, eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes, yoghurt, chia pudding, you name it… selection of juices. Coffee/tea brought to the table.
We ate at the hotel twice, once at the Hando pop up (Japanese) one evening which was delicious. Another time for lunch at the Ocean bar - also great.
Staff were super friendly and welcoming.
Rooms were clean, gorgeous views from the room overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds.
We couldn’t get netflix to work and did ask for help but no one arrived. Wasn’t overly bothered, my teen more
so!
Room isn’t sound proof (we could hear noise from restaurant area) but that usually
quietened down by midnight and I took ear plugs so not a problem for me & teen unbothered.

The staff, the facilities, the food and the location were excellent.
We stayed in room 105, the hanging/wardrobe facilities were disappointing as there was nowhere to hang long dresses and no other hooks in the room. Also there was no mirror near a plug socket to use the hair dryer or long mirror which our daughters had in their room which was 107.

From the moment we arrived the staff were lovely. So helpful, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful holiday.
The hotel is designed so well, spotlessly clean and elegant.
The location is perfect. The beautiful beach with very comfortable sunbeds just steps away. The pool was perfect, with luxurious sunbeds.
The lovely range of bars and restaurants were just a lovely short stroll away.
Santa Eularia is a great base for exploring Ibiza. We hired a car, but cabs were reasonable and plentiful.
Nothing.

It was all amazing - the staff especially
The bathroom is a bit dark and the lighting system is a bit annoying but I’m clutching at straws here

Check-in process was quick and the man helping us to take suitcases to the room was very helpful and shared good tips regarding free parkings in the area, saving us 15 euro per night.
Hotel is located few minutes walk from local town and has easy beach access that's why I leave 2 stars as from the hotel charing more than £430 per night I would expect better service.
The worst part of the stay was when I was drying my hair and suddenly the hair dryer exploded in my hand! I quickly managed to pull the cable out of the plug avoiding the worst scenario. You never know what could have happened that evening... I guess I was lucky but the evening was already ruined and my hand was tingly for next few hours.
If anything bad would have happened we couldn't call for help as the phone didn't work.
My partner went straight away to the from desk to report the incident but I didn't received any apologies or compensation..
When we wanted to switch off the tv but we could'n find the remote control so we tried calling the from desk but the phone didn't seem to work.
We end up walking from 3rd floor to the reception desk and were given remote from another room ( I guess another guests will have missing remote control now).
No toothpastes in the room but can be requested from the front desk. Easy if your phone works otherwise you have to go downstairs again.
Another day we wanted to make a call to the reception but same issue with the phone. We had to go downstairs again. It turned out our phone is broken and they said technician will come next day - he didn't. He came 2 days later when we were sleeping so I asked to came back in 40 minutes - he didn't. So we end up with broken phone and each time we needed something we had to go from 3rd floor downstairs to ask.
Room door card key got disactivated during our stay, thanks to cleaner who was around and let me in but again, extra hassle to go downstairs and ask for replacement.
They provide 2 bottles of purified water per day but it didn't feel safe and hygienic to drink as the bottles didn't have any protective seal or sticker and bottles neck were filthy.
Door sign for cleaning service or please don't disturb poorly designed as due to strong draft they kept falling down and the cleaners kept coming in even if not requested interrupting our privacy.

Beautiful pool area, comfy beds and pillows. Nice rooms but small. Beautiful outside areas and bar.
Breakfast was good but could have been better with a bit of imagination.
The corridor/hallway to the rooms was very dull and bland
