Great stay! Close to everything. Well done Condo! Super cute!

We have been staying in Florence at a cabin in the woods. This was a nice change of scenery, close in & many food options to explore. The neighborhood was nice & friendly. The train track proximity took some getting used to.

Very clean and comfortable house. Having the living/dining on the second floor provides nice open views.

Loved our stay! Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We were about a 10-15 minute walk from being downtown. It was perfect.
I have since learned that hearing the train is just a part of life in Missoula, so don't let that dissuade you. If you are anywhere near downtown you are going to hear the train.
Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Only issue was the washing machine is very loud. Minor inconvenience. Otherwise it’s a very nice place to stay.

The property was super clean, comfortable & well located — within 6 minutes drive of downtown Missoula. It totally suites our needs for a weekend that involved several wedding-related festivities.

Property was as advertised. Very nice. Only challenge was working the TV. It seemed that we could not watch much of anything without a PIN. Better instructions would have been helpful.

This property is well appointed, cozy, and the host is top notch. We will be back each time we stay in Missoula. There is train noise during the night and at times it will you wake up, but this is not a reason to not stay here. Thank you for a great time.

This property we have stayed at before and love the layout for our separate couples, etc. Great meeting area and kitchen was great to have breakfast/play games! Love the communication with the owner and ease of process.

Very comfortable and clean. Property owner reached out with details and left her cell number in case I needed anything during my stay. Not quite close enough to downtown to walk after dark.

In town visiting family. Great location! Only about 10 minutes from anywhere we needed to go!

The unit was very modern and well furnished and the instructions provided by the host were very clear and complete. The neighborhood is in transition but was very safe and convenient to downtown. There was some train noise from the nearby tracks but that really wasn't too disturbing.

Arrival and check in were smooth and simple. This home was perfect for our stay. Just a friend and I staying for a few days in Missoula to fly fish and relax. Well kept home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Train switching station is very nearby. There was some noise, but we didn’t have any issues sleeping or with late night noise. The kitchen is great. Washer/dryer 👍. The bed I slept in was super comfortable and I don’t rate “away place” beds highly very often. Slept well!! Three floors/levels were no issue for us. In fact it was a great amenity in that we had our own space and plenty of room to stretch out. AC units in August worked splendidly and each room has its own control w mini split as a bonus. We could stay cool and also not burn the electric meter up because we could modify the temp or simply shut off rooms that weren’t being used. CC, the host, did a great job communicating and making our stay terrific. Thanks to CC and VRBO. Well done! Hope we can do it again.

What a great place! We loved everything about it - quiet neighborhood, easy walk to downtown, a great open kitchen/living room area, very comfortable spacious bedrooms, awesome small shaded balconies to hide away and read outside… literally no complaints, this place was wonderful!

Townhome was beautiful with everything you can need. I did not get information on check in and emailed/texted owner (day before arriving). . She got back to me within 24 hours with information. Within 1 mile of downtown. For the next renter…I did leave bear spray and bug spray in cabinet over stove if anyone is going hiking.
There is so much to do in the area! The Old Montana Prison also had an auto museum about an hour out of town. It was great to see. Great breweries and food downtown. 45 minutes away was nimrod warm springs. You can park right on side of highway (side heading back to town) and enjoy the natural spring ( the ghost town is close by).. Also, for anyone wanting to try Rocky Mountain Oysters we found the one place that made them…Rock Creek Lodge. About 15 minutes outside of town.

Cheryl was really great in her communication and the fixtures, A/C and layout of the home are nice. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bath with a soaking tub. The beds are so comfortable, but bring your own pillow because those are not. Bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom was awesome since I was traveling with my spouse and another couple. Each couple had our own space. BUT...the noise of the location is awful. It's basically across the street from the train yard where the train cars are smashed together at all hours of the day and night. 1am awoken by train cars? Yep. 4am awoken by train cars? Yep. 2pm when I tried to take a nap because I didn't sleep the night before? Yep. Really wrecks the experience and all four of us complained about it so it doesn't matter where you sleep and ear plugs did not help. I took off another star as well because the furniture in the dining/living room is super weird, uncomfortable and feels like it was furnished with whatever Goodwill had that day. The soaking tub also had hair in it that I had to clean out before I could use it. This place works if you can't find anything else and want to be on the North Side near family and downtown like we did.

Everything in the house was great. The train yard was very noisy. It would have been nice to know about the thunderous train yard noise. FYI someone put a bag of dog poo under our truck and we ran over it. Just want you to know that we did not have a pet with us.

We had a great time at this property and would definitely choose it again. It was easily walkable to downtown.

We really enjoyed the convenient location, large space, and the A/C!

Great place, but no master bedroom
Loved the house, good location in Missoula. Easy, quick communication with manager. Easy check in process. Overall it was great. However there is no master bedroom. It is labeled as having one, but none of the bedrooms have on en suite bathroom. That was a bummer for my wife and I as we were hoping for a little more privacy from the kids. That would not dissuade us from renting the property again.

Very Clean close to the city
Booked for the Missoula Marathon. Very clean new construction. Has a driveway to park car in. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking.
Excellent communications on check in.
Great location to downtown, local activities.
There is noise from the nearby rail yard at night

We enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the train tracks but it didn’t bother us. The house worked really well for us. It was very clean and had all the items we needed.

Nice space. Solid Location.
This place has good access to Orange Street and by that way, the rest of downtown Missoula and the University.
We were in town for the State A basketball tournament, and this was an excellent space to chill, away from crowds at the hotels and restaurants.
The place feels larger than it is and there is quite a bit of privacy from the sleeping areas (two upstairs and one downstairs) from the living area on the middle level. The place is new, clean and well-appointed and has quite a few amenities to keep dining out fully optional.
Some people have commented on the rail yard nearby. Although you can hear the trains, and I can see how some lighter sleepers might find it challenging, we did not find it a deal-breaker type problem.
