Offering high-end upgrades, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, attached 2 car garage, front driveway, fully stocked kitchen, huge island, 2d floor laundry for your convenience, BBQ which creates the perfect balance of extravagance and comfort.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it's going to be hard to top! The home is beautifully appointedd, comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything. The area felt safe and quiet. We hope to stay here again!

Our hosts, Mike & Helena, were absolutely perfect hosts during every stage of our 6-night visit at their home...excellent communication throughout the reservation process, check-in, stay, and check-out. House was more than clean, it was completely sanitized & ready for us. Plenty of good quality bed, bath, and kitchen linens, and all the kitchware anybody could need. Loved the summer evening sunsets from the back patio! We would definitely stay here again.

I have used Vrbo on many occasions in different cities, countries…this property is definitely top of the list! The hosts have thought of everything. The check in process was very smooth, they communicated quickly, and the house was spacious and beautiful. We found the beds extremely comfy and there were such nice thoughtful touches throughout the house, from the tea bar and sweets to wonderful soaps and lotions in the bathrooms. It’s in a new neighbourhood in Winnipeg, so although not near the more common areas of the city getting around is still easy. We would love to stay at this property again, and will highly recommend it to friends and family when they visit the city.

The property was beautifully decorated, spectacularly clean, in a very nice neighborhood. Nothing was missing, off-street parking, lots of space, lovely linens. Lots of space for this family of four. Nice fireplace, view of the prairies, everything we wanted. For our particular needs, it was a little out of the way considering we had to be in just about every part of the city. However, we would give up that little bit of inconvenience to stay here again. Thanks Mike and Helena!

We were in town from Eastern Canada and NY City for a family wedding. The house was a wonderful place for us to be together, and to get prepared for the wedding. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has a great view of prairie fields in the distance. A gem!

Very pleasant stay in the south end of Winnipeg. Home is lovely and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Neighbourhood is still being built, but we heard no noise from outside construction.

House is located at the edge of the city - backs on to an open field which provides a beautiful view. The location is in a new neighborhood- safe and scenic, but a bit far from places and downtown. Expect a lot of roundabouts! Lovely decor throughout. Good seating area in the dinning room/kitchen. Decent seating in living room - one comfortable couch and chair. Access to Netflix on tvs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay here again and would recommend for others to stay!

Home is in excellent condition (new) and in immaculate condition. All amenities are high end with Homeowner's attention to detail evident throughout the property. We had a very pleasant stay and look forward to our return to this wonderful home. Homeowner's are very responsive with customer satisfaction a top priority. We have no negative issues to report.

I can't say enough about how great the home and hosts were. The hosts were easy to work with and welcoming. The home is new, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed family time in the common areas of the home and everyone also had their own space for unwinding at the end of the day. The home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Winnipeg.

This property is just as the photos project. It is new, clean, and very nicely decorated. It was also nice to a have a backyard with a grill which we used. The owners were very helpful when we needed to know how to cool down the house. Most likely the nicest privately owned placed I've stayed.

The title pretty much sums it up. I can’t think of one issue - all things were perfect. It was nice to have a follow-up from the hosts to see how my stay had been going. The BBQ was a nice touch to have. Plenty of space and king bed was very comfortable. Extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Great Stay in South Winnipeg

We stayed at the house in August, 2021.The property is wonderful, there is plenty of space and everything was spotless! the house was exactly as advertised, and we felt really comfortable in the space. Mike and Helena even went out of their way to have a crib at the house for our toddler son! The house is close to many amenities in Bridgwater, and we LOVED the view from the backyard. A true prairie experience. Would definitely recommend booking/staying at this property!

It was a great stay. My family and I stayed at Fort Garry for almost one month. First, we booked the place for a short period of time but we extended it. Unfortunately, we couldn't book the place for a longer period because it was already booked by another person. I am quite sure that this place will soon be well booked in advance . It was sparkling clean. Everything had been thought of by the hosts in advance. Helena and Mike generously provided plenty of things to make our stay more comfortable from plenty of of towels, beddings, sweeteners, different types of tea , coffee to wine. I will definitely recommend this place and will come back myself. I have already missed the beautiful sunset.

Mike and Helena are excellent hosts! Their rental home is brand new and decorated very well. They go above and beyond expectations for a rental property. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The living room and TV are very comfortable to relax and socialize. All the bathrooms are very clean, lots of linens and all that you need. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Everything in the house was perfect for our stay and I would recommend this home for anyone. Thank you Mike and Helena - I would definitely stay at your rental property again!
