About this house rental

When we saw this view we knew we had to have it and share it with you! Not to mention the fishing!

The home is a spacious 3 bedroom with extra large outdoor living areas. Propane fire pit and grill for your outside entertainment. New water Lily Pad is enjoyment for all ages! 3 kayaks available. Private pier with boat dock. The back yard is fenced on the sides and front but NOT along the water edge.
Garage “game room” is ready!! There’s ping pong, darts, rope toss, bean bags! Open both garages and enjoy the breeze!

Have a larger group? Family Reunion? Rent "M&M Lake View" just across the street from "Sunrise and Lake Time" This home sleeps 6 and can be rented with Lake Time or separate

House was clean with plenty of amenities to be nice and comfortable. Really enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and boat dock. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors.

Great home, unbelievable location and awesome ambience. We we dealing with no electricity, due to the hurricane Beryl but the neighbors and tranquil setting had us staying three days in spite of the situation. Meghan really is a class act and helped with the sudden issues that occurred. Highest recommendations.

This is a wonderful home with a sunrise view while drinking coffee. Great 3 bedroom with extra beds. We had fun on the lily pad. Our granddaughter caught her first catfish from the boat dock. The three deer walking across the road at dawn and dusk seemed like a dream. We will definitely be back. ❤️

House was right on the lake with a great view. The multi-level decks were very nice as well and the boat dock was huge. House was clean and nicely decorated, we really enjoyed the large outdoor living space as well. We even caught a couple catfish as well from the dock.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and beds to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 3 kids. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed. The host is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful views from the house of the sunrise over the lake.

Our stay was wonderful there were 8 of us . We had plenty of room for all of us. We had a lot of laughs the guys caught more catfish than we could eat. It was absolutely delicious Unfortunately it was super hot, the lake was really low no one to blame but Mother Nature. So we didn’t play in the water. All in all we enjoyed our stay

Cute little house on the lake. And the host, Meghan, was amazing. She’s very quick to respond and very accommodating, even when you lose her Lilly pad!! (Sorry Meghan) She even gave us a second one to use while the first one was on an adventure down the lake!! The property could use some love and attention but that wouldn’t keep us from going back.

We stayed here for four nights with our four girls (ages 12-15) and enjoyed the property immensely. We have stayed in 20+ rentals on the lake over the years, and this one provided more amenities than any other: paddle boards, canoes, a lily pad, and more. The kids never complained once about being bored! We did not utilize the game room, but it looked fun. The location is perfect: not many people on the lake and close to grocery stores / restaurants. Meghan was the absolute best host, and her response time and willingness to help is top notch. Would stay here again 100%!

This lake house was wonderful & will definitely come back! Host was very responsive. House was perfect & clean. Only issue was the outside, it needed some maintenance but other than that everything else was great! House was super cozy! The water pad, kayaks, and all the extras were perfect for our little ones! Our family had a wonderful time.

Incredible view and great deck/dock!! My family (5 adults and 1 child) loved our stay - it's actually our second time here :) Plenty of room and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our dogs. Meghan is a phenomenal host! Quick to respond and mailed me an item we left behind. Can't say enough great things!

We absolutely loved getting to stay here for 3 nights. House was ready 4 hours early which allowed us to get some fishing in Friday afternoon. While we only used the master, the bed was extremely comfortable and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the evenings. Our dogs absolutely loved the yard and dock. Absolutely would recommend this place to everyone.

Awesome location, incredible views with excellent access to the water, dock, enjoyed fishing and the kayaks. Didn't get to enjoy everything they had to offer. Wish we could have used the fish cleaning station, but the fish didn't agree. House had everything we needed. Could use some TLC and repairs. Total cost per night was more than we typically pay when we're at the coast. Hosts were awesome.

Just returned from a month at this property - the property is just as described (and some) -was the perfect place for us to spend some time and unwind, fish off the boathouse dock...we wished we could have stayed longer. The views are incredible and the whole back of the property has ceiling to floor windows - you feel like you are right over the water - the lake and the views change all day long. The birds, ducks, and turtles are amazing - could have watched/listened to them all day. The split deck was also great for relaxing outside - half covered/half uncovered. We visited with our 3 elderly dogs - really appreciated having them be able to come with us and enjoyed the hardwood and tiled floors - ended up carrying the dogs out the main entrance most of the time (because of their mobility issues)... the immediate wooded/cove lot and front yard was perfect to walk them - lots of space around this house and plenty of parking space. We enjoy cooking and found the kitchen pretty much had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. When booking thought the coffee bar was a nice idea but doubted I would use it much - I was wrong, used it every morning and enjoyed the view (host left some coffee pods, creamers to get us started) - ended up being one of my favorite features along with the robovac to stay ahead of the dog hair! We grabbed groceries at the local Brookshire, but did visit a H E B once time and Loved that place (one in Huntsville and one in Livingston), wish we had one at home. Also enjoyed visiting the drive through Margarita Palace, Tuesdays they run specials. We also enjoyed using the electric fireplace under the Family Room TV! Meghan, the host, was super responsive - very quick to reply, researched and gave great suggestions, provided a midstay house cleaning (which was great). Most of the time it was my husband, myself and our dogs - but two of our grown children, nephew came and spent some time with us - plenty of space for us, even when the weather was bad (January) we enjoyed the covered deck. The lake fishing was a bit of an art for my husband -he loved being able to fish right off the back door - caught some yellow striped bass, buffalo fish, perch, catfish, blue gill - we had been looking for a place for him to relax and fish (and that welcomed our dogs) and this was the perfect spot! Local bowling was fun too! Very quiet, beautiful spot in Jan/Feb - we really loved our stay.

Our family enjoyed our time in this lake house. The home was clean and comfortable and the view was beautiful. My family enjoys fishing and they had such fun catching catfish from the pier. Meghan was easy to reach and quick to respond and the property was accurately represented.

Well stocked home with pretty much everything you need except food and your personals items. Lots of water toys, games and space! The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! We parked our cars and never left once during our stay. The view was stunning and we enjoyed watching the sea birds as we cozied up around the gas fire pit. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Our doggies loved hanging out on the deck. Even though there are neighbors, the trees on one side and position of the deck gave us a peaceful, secluded feeling. Fireworks over the lake on New Years was an added treat! Would definitely stay again!

The views of the lake from the house are stunning! You can enjoy them from the master bedroom, dining room, and living room. It was so relaxing and we miss it already. Communication with Meghan, one of the hosts, was helpful and she responded quickly to any questions. All you need to take with you are clothes, as well as food, condiments and spices that you need for your meals. Enjoy your visit, we sure did! Thank you for our time to refresh.

We had the best weekend! Very relaxing house and area with plenty of fun activities to keep everyone happy! We invited family over for a bit to share this amazing experience! If you can’t live on the water, this gives you a chance to enjoy! I would recommend this stay with friends and family and hope to stay here again real soon!
