When we arrived, the first thing I did was inspect everything in the house
The stove glass was broken and I sent a picture to let them know it was broken and they never replied me back, same night we tried to plug the coffe maker and the plugs in the kitchen doesn't work, I sent you guys an email to let you know and you don't care, you never resolved the issues
I take off all the bed sheets as you asked me to do and the pillows and mattress are so dirty, least put them pillow and mattresses covers.

property was very clean and close to the falls. House was close enough to enjoy a walk
the neighborhood was a little run down with houses boarded up BUT you can tell that people are trying to fix houses up and make it a nice area. we never felt threatened

The surrounding houses were mostly boarded up...NOT a safe neighborhood at all!!!! The instructions were rude telling us even though we don't like following the rules, we really needed to follow the rules!
The pictures online were ALL staged and photo shopped. Nothing in reality matched what we saw. The neighborhood was scary. The house was basically bare...no closet rods in any room, no hooks or towel rods, no place to hang wet towels. But maybe that was because it was nearly impossible to even get wet in the upstairs shower. It was a gentle MIST! The king beds had no frame, just set up on the floor. One sheer panel curtain on each window. No blinds to block light. No mattress pads or pillow protectors. Blood stains on several mattresses. Kitchen table would seat 4 and there were 6 of us. The stove top was cracked and broken. Only 1 outlet in the kitchen worked. NO hairdryers and we asked for at least one...never came. TV went out several times and we had to factory reset with help from the office. My 88-yr old mom was concerned for her safety as there were NO grab bars in the shower or bathroom. The front porch sloped badly to the street and Mom was concerned about falling. No lamps in any room of the house. Just ceiling lights. The thermostat was behind the fridge so the house was hard to keep warm until we pulled the fridge out from the wall.

Very clean, very easy to get in and out, very large house and close to Niagara Falls.
It was surrounded by boarded up houses and seemed like a sketchy neighborhood. After we reserved our 2 nights at a fair rate, we found out that we were being charged an additional $190 for a cleaning fee.

Location
I didn’t know how did AirBnb terms were applicable to my booking with bookings.com , the host gave me instructions to clean the dishes , remove the linens from the bed , turn off lights , thermostat setting , and didn’t even fulfil my request to check out at 11 and not 10 as I was traveling with kids and elderly parents. I assumed I am booking with bookings.com so it will be like a regular hotel booking and similar terms , and despite of paying a cleaning fees of $190 we still had to worry about clean everything clean dishes put the linens in the basket and the host mentioned in the email that if the number of members are more than booked then AirBnb insurance will not be covered, why is AirBnb coming into the conversation at all ? I didn’t book AirBnb but Bookings.com. So the stay would have been really nice if these things were clear to me and my expectations would be different. Normally we request for a late checkout from a hotel and they allow , also we never have to clean a hotel room while leaving. Here also , we paid the cleaning fees, and even then we were made to follow the house rules. This gave me an unnecessary pressure.

Very spacious, plenty of rooms to accommodate our family members. The location is perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area and very kind.
Although each room had a dresser for your items, we prefer to hang up our clothing. There were no closets or anywhere to hang your clothes. That meant extra ironing. You will have to purchase an iron or bring one. Apparently the guests before us must have had animals with them. We kept getting dog or cat hair all over our clothes. Lint brushes worked well for that. The beds (mattresses and box springs) should be put on their standard rails to be lifted off the floor to make it easier for the guests so it's not so low to the floor. In addition, we had flat twin pillows on king and queen beds smh.

The property was very clean and Kitchen was stocked. the property seemed newly remodeled which was a plus. The property was located very close to the Niagara falls, restaurants and the casino.
The only down side to the property was the surrounding houses/neighborhood. The neighboring houses were falling apart and boarded up. Not a comforting feeling specially during the night.
