About this villa rental
Binibeca is one of the most beautiful holiday resorts in Menorca: its pristine white houses, its beach with white sands and the turquoise sea, its family atmosphere make it one of the most appreciated areas for visitors who come on vacation to Menorca. And the famous “fishing village” that looks like out of a postcard is its heart and symbol. In this idyllic setting we find “Casa Blanca”, a three-bedroom villa with garden and pool that has everything one needs to spend a dream holiday.
“Casa Blanca” has a capacity for up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are decorated in a Mediterranean style that perfectly represents the simple and natural design which is typical for Menorca. The living-dining room, an open space that maintains that care in decoration, has a large sofa, television, dining area and air conditioning. The house has 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen which is equipped with everything you need even for the “chef” of the family.
In the garden that surrounds the house, there are different areas to enjoy life outdoors to the fullest. It has a built-in barbecue and, of course, a private pool, which is fenced for the peace of mind of the parents if there are small children in the family. There is a covered terrace where you can eat al fresco, and also an upper terrace with breathtaking views of the sea.
“Casa Blanca” is located in the heart of Binibeca Vell, just 500m (a 5 minute walk) from the famous “Pueblo de Pescadores”, one of the must-see spots for all tourists who come to Menorca for the first time. In the village you will find restaurants, supermarkets, bars and an ice cream parlor. The beach of Binibeca is 500 meters away to the other direction, and if you prefer to take a swim in the rocks, you only have to walk 30 meters to reach the sea. Can you imagine getting up in the morning and with just 4 steps being able to take a dip in the water?

Pros of accommodation:
Great location, close to the beach, supermarkets, local restaurants. Over looking the sea.
Lovely pool, very clean. Someone came to clean the pool during our stay.
Kitchen is well equipped (aside from some issues outlined below).
Cons:
The property is quite tatty in places. Curtains in one of the room are all stained brown.
General feel of the property being grubby. My baby Crawled on the floor and had dirty feet hands and knees.
The kitchen needs some wine glasses and a decent toaster that toasts more than two pieces of bread. You can tell everything provided in the kitchen is cheapest option.
Only four sun beds but the property is for 6?
The photos look nicer than the actuality.
The bathroom smells of sewerage.
We had a cot for our baby and the mattress provided was filthy and old. He fell down the side of the mattress as there was a big gap between the cot and the mattress which we had to put towels in. Not very safe sleep.
The front door is difficult to open and lock.
Not many towels offered
For the price, I really feel it isn’t value for money given some of the basic issues outlined above.
