Not Fair

Only the cost.

A lot! First , toiletries. It was mentioned that it’s free toiletries but when we reached there , nothing, I asked the staff , he answers me that they don’t have , he didn’t even give a suggestion or offer. Second , the Aircon is not working good . Third , the bed is not safe for baby aged 1 to up because the edge has rough still and it’s pointed, so you need to wrapped with cloth. Fourth when we check out just the stain of the Milk , they charged us 300peso. They didn’t even consider the 3 disappointed points.

Room is spacious

Not bad but also not good. Room is good because i loke the spacebut it's not clean bed,table and chairs nag uugaan,barado ang lababo at halatang hindi nilinisan, same sa toilet may naiwan pang balat ng shampoo at safeguard soap means hindi tlga nilinis ang toilet at lababo.

Do not recommend this place at all very awful experience and bad location

Everything, the staff and guard were extremely rude and unaccommodating. The room had a very foul smell and had zero toiletries or even hot pot to heat water.

You get what you pay for. The picture is quite misleading, but the price is not.

Reception staff was friendly. there was a convenience store nearby. Very cheap.

Location was tough to get a Grab or Taxi. No hot water kettle/fridge. Dirty with leftover tenant food. Bed was squeaky.

Good place and staff.

The place is convenient and safe. The staff were always ready to help. Had an amazing stay. There was a fridge and AC which is a necessity in the Philippines.

You can't stay here for long since there's no microwave and no electric kettle. If you are open to order food everyday, then this is a place for you.

Good enough :)

Breakfast was simple, rice, egg and some meat, but it was very cheap so I have nothing to complain about about that Location was pretty bad, had to take taxi to everything, I think I spent about 1000 USD in taxi alone :(

The internet could have been faster, the location was not very good, could not go out a lone after dark, was an extremely poor area, but maybe it will change in a few years with the rest of rebuilds that is going on

This is not a hotel!!!

The room is clean and the bed comfortable but thats about all thats positive here.

Firstly this is NOT a hotel. This is a few rooms rented out in a condo building. No hotel facilities at all. The area it is located in is a poor area and I would not have felt comfortable walking around there at night on my own. There are no facilities here really and they even charge an extra 100 Pesos per person to use the pool. Plus they have no credit or bank card payment facilities you have to pay by CASH ONLY which is totally ridiculous in late 2022. The breakfast was served at 06.30AM no negotiation and was delivered to my room. It was also inedible for me anyway. Stay away from this place if you are looking for a hotel!
