It was easy to find. Staff was friendly.
The hotel allowed for a dog to sit at the table at breakfast and eat off silverware that humans use. Completely unacceptable. There are policies even for service dogs that the hotel should be aware of. It is unsafe abs unsanitary for animals to share specific items with humans. The dog was close to the food, eating with a fork and sitting on the same chair with humans as if he was one. The staff was really nice and informed me it was nothing they can do about the dog because it’s a service dog however the hotel should research this topic for they still have to abide by the rules and regulations of the hotel. I will not be staying here in the future although the space was nice.

We always stay here when WWE comes to Wilkes Barre. The reason why is its literally right next door to the arena so makes easy access for me and my mom to get to and from arena
Only complaint would be pricing we heard of another wwe event coming to Wilkes-Barre in November we were gonna stay 2 nights but it would have been almost 850 dollars that's insane. Asked what one night would be and it's. 450 dollars worried that I may have to go to a different hotel do to pricing. I don't want to go anywhere else I really like your hotel but pricing is becoming a major issue for us sadly.

The rooms were so cute and cozy! And the complimentary breakfast was great for both days of our stay. They actually had more variety than I expected! I would definitely stay again.

we have been going to Wilkes Barre to go to hockey games a few times a year. The hotel we usually use was full so we decided to stay close to the arena and chose your hotel. We could walk to the arena ... which was great and the facility and people working there were outstanding. We have decided that we will stay there from now on. Loved it!!
The only problems we had were the shower water pressure wasn't very good and the bed pillows were terrible. But, we can bring our own pillows next time and can deal with the low water pressure.

Nice large comfortable rooms. Nice amenities.
The room was dirty - food in the lounge chair, the bathroom had stains from the prior guest. The breakfast staff -- not very friendly. No plant based milk options.

It was very clean and modern. There was plenty of room to walk my large dog even without a leash.
There was an issue with the disposal in my unit and it made the room smell a bit sour. The pet fee was very high compared to other hotels.

Generally clean. Very comfortable. Nice breakfast options.
Don’t forget to clean the sofa beds. Lots of crumbs tumbled out as we prepared the bed for the night.
