Make yourself at home at this well-equipped condo located in the center of everything! Park once and walk everywhere on Folly–the beach is just one street away (an easy five-minute walk). Downtown Charleston is also only an 11.5-mile drive and very Uber-friendly. This charming condo is well decorated with fun decor, modern fixtures, and a well-appointed kitchen with a coffee maker and a Keurig. It has all the appliances needed to whip up everything from quick snacks on the go to full-course meals for you and your guest. It also has a queen bed with a little loveseat in the bedroom and a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

The location is so perfectly located and so perfectly hidden. Right next to everything, ice cream, Taco Boy, Chico Feyo, the Crab Shack, etc. The beach and pier are literally right across the street. The inside is modern and efficient. Dimmable ceiling lights and modern beach decor make this a charming spot. The WiFi was not very good, but when is Comcast ever good. The spot had a selection of early 2000s movies, but bring your own movies because the WiFi kept kicking my laptop off the network when streaming. No dish washer, but we were unbothered by this. Besides the wifi, this place is almost perfect. We will def be back!!

My husband and I liked the location. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was very small. It was big enough for only one at a time. The bed was comfortable.

The property is at a prime location. Pretty much a block or 2 from most restaurants and cool spots on Folly Beach. Really love our time here. Parking can be an issue as the parking spaces can be hard to get into and exit, especially with a larger vehicle. Like a truck or larger SUV.

This unit is in a great location in the heart of everything. One minute walk to anywhere including beach. With that comes a few important notes. 1) You are right next to a rooftop bar that goes thill 2:00 AM with loud music and people. 2) The bathroom is pretty tight and it you are a larger person, this is not the place for you. 3) This place works if you are sleeping in same bed. My friend and I went and one of us was relegated to either a futon in the same bedroom or pushing the sofas together. Both were very uncomfortable however the bed itself was really comfortable so make sure you can sleep in same bed. 4) Hoping the owners will put together a booklet on how the TV operates. It took us 40 minutes and we are fairly high tech and instructions for checking out. There were none so we were unsure what to do with bedding. Overall this is a good place for people probably on the younger side, not picky about noise and can sleep in the same bed.

This condo is super small but has all you need. Clean, comfy bed, coffee maker, fridge, beach chairs, parking, etc. We were there over the 4th of July holiday so it was pretty busy, but fun! You are literally right next door to Snapper Jack's patio, so it smells like Old Bay when you walk outside. But we like Old Bay, so all good there. If you want to be right in the middle of it all this is the place! Noise wasn't a problem for us, the bedroom is on the back side of Snappers.

Listing is very accurate. Small place right in the center of town... nothing fancy but great location...a block from the beach, close to all the great places to eat... Perfect for me and my one small child! Check in and communication with property management was well above my expectations. Very easy to text them and very quick to respond with my questions before and during the visit. We will be back!

Great location with the great beach town vibe and perfect for walking around Center Street and the beach across the street. Great reservation process, great check-in and check-out. Rental was clean and ready to move in. Parking was perfect since the area got crowded really fast on the weekend. The only thing we had any trouble with was the wifi - it would drop the connection on everything every few minutes so we ended up going to the public library up the street to do a Skype with family. Other than that small inconvenience, an amazing stay!

Free parking 2 blocks from beach; easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities; nice bike ride to lighthouse (rental nearby), comfy bed; and small deck. Friendly town, nearby marsh views for sunsets, and awesome Mexican food helped us make some family memories.

Walk to Folly Beach in minutes. Close to the main restaurant and retail area. A little noise from nearby bars, but not too bad. Small and well organized apartment, good for two people. Enjoy the beach!

Very loud bars in front and back, load music until early morning. Parking and entry into units were back alley and littered with trash and trash cans overflowing. Inside unit had sand on floors in every room.
