Gorgeous accommodations and fantastic management support made for a perfect Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The location was so close to town and walking trails that we barely needed a car! We highly recommend this amazing residence!

We’ve stayed a lot of places in Aspen but none as perfect as this one. Beautiful place. Excellent finishes. This is on the edge of downtown Aspen within walking distance of anywhere you might want to go. And the bus stop for skiing Snowmass or Buttermilk is literally across the street. Best place to stay in Aspen.

Our family greatly enjoyed Aspen and our stay at Monarch Park Uno. Both Michelle and Raphael were great and easy to work with throughout the booking and arrival of our stay. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed, plus much more!! Location was perfect. Only regret, our family could not stay longer but we will definitely be back for a longer trip!! thank you

The Perfect Aspen Getaway

WOW! My family and I spent 8 days in Aspen and this property could not be more perfect. The location is hard to beat...you are a 2-minute walk to all the best restaurants, a 5-minute walk to the gondola, and there is a bus stop one block away. Plus, if you are traveling with a furry friend, the dog park is one block away as well. The condo itself is beautiful and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything from the cozy living room to the comfy bedding to the impeccable art, no detail is overlooked. We have stayed at Hotel Jerome and the St. Regis in the past and all agreed that the condo was a much more enjoyable set up for a group.10/10 would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Aspen!

Fantastic Location and Condo in Aspen!!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is fabulous - it’s right in the middle of town with easy walking access to everything. The Condo is spacious and comfortable. It is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. The technology was great, too, with high-speed internet connectivity, state of the art TVs in every room, and even a wireless printer. The kitchen, baths, and laundry are are well stocked in every regard. The concierge/property manager was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or need. The Host was also responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a first-class location in Aspen and look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Aspen!!

My husband and I had the BEST time staying at this property! It truly has everything you need and the location could not be more perfect. Of course the home had all the basics you might need while staying in a house for a week but I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was chosen and organized. Everything that we needed throughout our stay was right there and it didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like staying in a friend’s home. The town was pretty busy while we were there and this home was such a cozy and quiet place to rest after an adventurous day in Aspen. We even chilled “at home” during some of the summer rainstorms and it was wonderful…. the internet is fast, the tv works great, netflix is preloaded and ready to go, and we could stream movies from our iPad onto the tv. This is the most comfortable home rental we’ve ever done and we highly recommend staying here!
