The comfortable living area has a 46" Flat Screen HDTV, Cable and a Blu-ray/DVD Player. A Queen-Sized Sofa Sleeper in the living room offers sleeping accommodations for two. Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite evening libation while relaxing on the Spacious Balcony. Whether you enjoy your views in the fresh air of the balcony or from air-conditioned indoor comfort, the Cascading Pool, Private Boardwalk and Gulf are visible from the kitchen, dining and living areas. Very nice place to stay. Would recommend for anyone interested in this place. Easy access, wonderful staff, nice view, and overall very clean. My wife is a bit ocd when it comes to cleanliness and it passed with flying colors. Price I would say was very fair for the amount of room we had. (Four of us.) Thanks for a good relaxing week.

This condominium was tucked away perfectly on the second floor, right next to the Cascade pool with partial beach view. The condo was clean and I even misplaced the set of keys which they did not give me any grief about whatsoever. Miss Judy Browl was fantastic in communicating with us as far as questions about the hotel reservations and amenities. We will be bringing our family back next year for sure...

Owner should have known Aransas Princess (AP) was doing construction outside of their patio. Patio floor and furniture were covered with broken bricks/construction dust. Our first hour there was spent cleaning patio, called AP maintenance to send help. Inside the unit was clean, except the guest bathroom was dirty, hair on tub, dirty towel on sink. Washer was very noisy, sleeper sofa was not comfortable. It did not seem to be a good value for the price.

This was our 1st time staying in this condo at Aransas Princess. We found it to be very cute and comfy, and I slept very well in master br from night #1! Our only issue was with a few electrical outlets being tricky, and some lightbulbs being out. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

great location and well stocked unit but unfortunately plumbing leak and bed bugs made our trip inconvenient as plumbing maintainence provider showed up at 11:30 at night and had to deal with bed bugs upon return home. Owner very receptive to situation and refunded most of cost to rent.

This was our first stay at the Aransas Princess, and it was perfection! The condo had everything we needed and the location was wonderful! Being on the edge of town puts it just outside the busiest part of the beach but it’s close enough to everything that you don’t feel like going into town is a chore. The pools were fabulous, the private boardwalk was the cherry on top. The staff at the condo were all incredibly friendly and helpful as well. We honestly can’t say one negative thing about our stay…it was a much needed vacation for all of us and this condo gave us all we needed and more. We will most certainly be back.

We like the location as it's only a mile walk from Sandfest. If you don't like to walk you can catch a golfcart to and from. The room is nice, like being in a small apartment all amenities. The owners were great, had 1 small snag of air conditioner being out (nothing they can help) got a technician to fix it right away on a busy Saturday. Was impressed with that. Taxi's are always easy and friendly for night life if you want to enjoy the clubs! Always love going to Port A and really like Arnasas Princess!

The pools on the property are a great plus after a hot day on the beach. Staff at the complex couldn’t have been nicer. Condo is fully stocked with everything one would need. Condo looked exactly like the pictures, very clean. Having two pools to choose from was great! They were doing some repairs around the property but we really only heard noise the last morning. Literally like a 3 min walk down the boardwalk to the beach, very handy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, choice of drip or Keurig coffee maker. My only suggestion would be new mattresses, they are comfortable but are very well used. Towels were plush and soft, couches were comfy, everything worked as it should. And the location is fantastic.
