Fantastic location and perfect for the beach and the swimming pool is just steps away!

Fantastic location and a very clean room, very comfortable stay, would recommend to friends and family and will definatly be back for more, the swimming pool was very clean and safe and just over the road so could keep an eye on children quite easily.

Very nice comfortable place to stay for vacation in the sun!

Pool was excellent being steps away from the room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Rain shower head was great!! It was very quiet and everyone was very nice. It was nice to see security walking the grounds.

Minor issues-Shower drained a little slow. No oven or toaster oven to bake anything. Sound on the TV was muffled like the TV was going out. Door on the bathroom wouldn’t close easily.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

The location was nice. It was a hidden gem. There were good restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We could enjoy the beautiful sunset. The room was well stocked with accommodations.

The beach had a little too much sea weed. You had to travel a little further for nightlife. The pool and hottub closed too early.

Great job, Tony! All as promised!

Owner Tony was exceptional. Responded immediately to questions and had everything ready for us. Stayed in touch regarding satisfaction with stay and departure information. The property is older, but was nicely updated with comfy beds. I would recommend this to others who are looking for a beach stay with gorgeous sunsets, lovely pools, nice beach, and fabulous bird watching - a nesting osprey right outside our unit on top of the light pole! The gym is a bonus - nice facility!

great stay! we really liked the area and really felt like we were on vacation. felt like we were in the Caribbean!

loved the area, and the views! room was fine, lots of storage and loved that there were beach towels!

bummed that the pools and hot tubs shut down at dusk, would have been nice to stay open until 10 like advertised.

I liked the beautiful location, and view from the patio. The wind and sound of the palms trees are very relaxing. Hooks restaurant was 50 ft away from room great 👍 food. Room very clean and organized.

All the amenities, in a beautiful location, at a reasonable price.

Everything we needed was in this comfortable apartment. We cooked our meals, swam in the very nice private pool, and enjoyed the scenery. Tony was very accommodating and always responded promptly to any questions we had.

I absolutely love the location of the studio. Great amenities and you meet a lot of people. The Sunset grill is one of my favorite places, never disappointed! The owner Tony is fast at a response and also made an effort to check and make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Definitely will be back!

The tennis courts were not available, but on a good note, they are redoing them.

Location.

Awful smelling room that was not clean. Plumbing problems. Maintenance man in my room until after 10:30 one night. Complained about dirty room. Housekeeping came but did not clean! Room had a terrible odor. I asked to change rooms but was told all was booked up. Worst stay in Florida ever!!
