Oaken house was perfect for our three day stay in Orange, it is beautifully renovated, was very clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated that we could bring our dog who really enjoyed exploring the fenced garden.

Cute cottage located in a peaceful neighbourhood and within walking distance to eateries and town. Nice bathroom with two TV areas which is handy when staying with children. Back door needs attending with screen door diffult to slide open/shut.

Property is comfortable and yard safe for a child or dog, Nosy neighbours, quick drive to shops and dinner. We went out for dinner each night. Home sits on intersection causes car lights shine onto house all night not good for a light sleeper. Many dogs in homes surrounding house very noisy. Owner messaged me on day at 9.30am of departure enquiring if I am leaving early and stated time to leave is 10am. as that was my entitlement. Advertised as check out time on Stayz is 11am.

Well appointed, comfortable family home with modern bathroom & kitchen. Undercover area gets afternoon sun which is delightful. Great getaway in autumn with heating for early morning comfort. Roomy and functional. We loved it.

Stayed for 1 month while working in Orange. Home away from home says it all. Spacious, everything in the kitchen you need and more, lovely sunny and sheltered outdoor area, perfect for dogs, walking distance to everything. Out for a week and back in for another 3 months… very happy ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

First impression was not great as front porch and chairs were dirty and covered in bird droppings. Contact with the host was a little difficult and slow. Did enjoy the house and would stay there again.

The property was most comfortable to stay in. The beds were very comfortable, all facilities were of a high standard and overall a most functional let. Two small hitches: the remote on the TV in the small lounge was broken and the bedside lamp on the lhs of the main bedroom is not working.

Thanks so much for a lovely stay Emma. The house was lovely, the perfect size, the perfect location. There were a few little things, but they were only small! There were no sheets for the sofa bed, which was a little challenging for the composition of our group. The lights out the back didn’t reach to the fire pit so one of our group had a shin height run in with it. He got a bit of a gash. Would be great to move the fire pit into the light, or increase the lighting out the back. Or have a fire pit with duller edges perhaps? All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the house to anyone!

Lovely renovated extended cottage just on the outskirts of the Orange shopping district. A short walk to Charred Restaurant, one of Orange's best, and in a quiet location with little street noise. Modern bathroom with inviting extended living space in the rear for relaxing or for the children to amuse themselves. A home away from home.

The property is nice, tidy and very clean. Full of amenities. Only a small issue experienced on check in but the owner quickly responded and sent someone to fix the issue. Definitely recommend it and will definitely book again next time when we come to Orange!

The property is very spacious and very comfortable. So convenient for shopping and wine tasting. Also, plenty of good restaurants to choose from and just few mins drive away. Emma is a good host. Always made time to communicate with us and answer questions. Emma's backyard is a bonus. It's huge, well-fenced and very secured for our fur friends. The place is highly recommended.

Emma was a fantastic host. Her home was spotless and beautifully kept. She had provided us with all the necessary amenities we needed during our stay. Emma even left us some extra treats to enjoy. All three bedrooms were lovely and the bathroom was a slice of luxury. The home was spacious enough for two couples and would have been great even with a third. The location was fantastic - peaceful neighbourhood with good cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and the main town a ten minute walk away. Emma’s home was a great base to explore Orange - would highly recommend!
