Located in a quiet cul-de-sac within the highly sought after Eaglewood Golf Course area. Within 5 minutes drive you can be at the Bountiful Temple/Mueller Park or 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City/the airport/Lagoon Amusement Park or 45 mins to Park City, Deer Valley, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta for world-class skiing and other outdoor activities. Guest will have access to entire house with 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 2 downstairs), 3.5 baths and finished basement.

Our home is situated on almost a third of an acre with a huge backyard that is fully fenced and landscaped so there will be plenty of space for the kids to play outside and North Canyon Park is within walking distance.

First and foremost, I want to say how amazing Chau and his family were for our entire stay. I have never had a property owner be so generous with their property and their time as they were. They were great with helping us troubleshoot our travel issues, and were ready to let us stay right up until the next guest was checking in, while they cleaned around us, simply because we had a later flight than expected. As long as we are traveling to SLC again next year, we will be hanging our hats again in this lovely home.

We were in SLC for my daughter’s wedding. The wedding was at the Eaglewood golf coarse. This location was terrific for what we needed. We had more than enough room. They told us we could take our time to leave on our last day which always makes it nice. I would totally recommend this house!

A group stayed here when visiting Salt Lake Area for a sporting event. It worked really well. Easy to get to and get downtown Salt Lake. It was also easy to check in and out.

The house was a wonderful size for 8-12 people as we had my folks come over multiple times during our trip. We did have to have them bring an additional table and chairs so we could all sit down at the same time. We found that the top floor bedrooms got incredibly hot at night and the bedrooms on the bottom floor were quite cold but we all slept pretty well and all the beds were really super comfortable. Chau and Lilly were very helpful and communicative the whole time and they even decorated for Christmas, which was very nice.

We had a great time. The home was fabulous for our family. The host communication was the best. They told me on the day that I could arrive a little early. The beds were nice and we had a fun time. High recommend. The neighborhood is very high end.

The owners were wonderful in accommodating our needs. Beds were comfortable and location was ideal. We were thrilled to find it was decorated for Christmas as we were having a Christmas celebration with our adult children and friends.

This house was huge and had lots of room for our group of 7 to spread out! The beds were very comfy and the owner was excellent about communicating with us! Everything you needed was available! The only recommendation I would have is getting some nicer towels as the ones they had were not nice quality at all.

Very nice property, comfortable beds and clean. Plenty of room. Internet company was doing updates one day so without service during day. Chau dropped by some pastries our last night even though the Internet was out of his control. Very communicative! Would recommend this house and host highly.

Excellent, responsive communication with host. We were three couples sleeping in 5 beds. Each couple had their own full bath and plenty of space. Like all the area homes, be prepared for a lot of stairs. Clean and well equipped.

Perfect location in North SLC. The home was very well kept up and had a kitchen stocked with every accessory you’d ever need. Next time we are in town, another stay at Chau and Lilly‘s place is a no brainer!

We stayed here for a Lagoon trip followed by some fun evenings in Downtown. The location was perfect for what we were doing. Chau was great with sending out check in information and with following up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house has plenty of bedrooms and beds to make it a comfortable stay for a large group. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great home in beautiful Area!

Great home in beautiful Area!

We had a wonderful stay here for 11 days! The house was immaculate, the owners were so sweet and checked in a few times to be sure all was well. The neighborhood is so cute and family orientated and a GREAT view of the city below on the drive up on the mountain side, and even from the master shower! lol. We would absolutely stay here again. It was the perfect place to stay with our kids conveniently located to the highways to get everywhere! We were in downtown in about 15 minutes and in the mountains at the Olympic Park in the fastest 42 minutes ever ... because everything was so beautiful to look at on the way! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Chau and Lilly's house during our first visit to the Salt Lake area. The house had everything we needed and more. We have 3 kids, 8, 6 and 3 and they really enjoyed the basement and the toy room. The beds were comfortable. Chau and Lilly checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We'd stay here again, if in the area.

Excellent property, well appointed, with great host service. Access to I-15, 1-80, I-215 very good. Easy commute to downtown, Cottonwood Canyons, or Park City. Host provided a few nice perks which were really appreciated! Will look forward to staying here again....................!

The house is beautiful from the outside and in a nice location. The carpets are very dirty and the kitchen and bathrooms were so sparsely appointed. No towels, basic kitchen utensils, etc. We would not rebook.
