About this apartment rental

Located on a quiet dead end road on owners 3 acre property, Studio apartment is attached to main house but entirely separate no shared space. Interstate is 1/2 mile away, property is less than a 1/4 mile to Niquette State park & the lake, walking trails, kayaking, swimming right out your door. 15 minutes to Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe, 10 minutes to the Champlain islands. Lots of places to visit in the area. Close to area ski resorts, such as Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, Stowe Mountain
resort in Stowe, Bolton Valley Ski resort in Richmond. We do run a small Plumbing & Heating business out of our home so there is some noise and traffic that comes and goes during the week very minimal and should not interrupt your stay at all. This unit does not have a cooking stove but does have a convection microwave. When booking please state whether you are bringing any of your furry friends along. There is a pet fee.

We chose this property for its halfway location between Burlington and North Hero. It bordered Niquette State Park which has hiking trails to the lake. Very quiet with only the host in the main house. Comfy bed and bathroom facility. There isn’t a full kitchen but we had no intention of cooking. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place in country setting next door to nice state park on the lake with nice walking trails. Owners very nice with 2 cute doodles and chickens in nearby pen.

Loved the property and the accommodations. Our room was perfect! Very peaceful and quiet. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Plenty of storage and a very comfortable bed. We loved being there and highly recommend it.

We stayed here for the VT City Marathon weekend (also Memorial Day weekend) and it was perfect - exactly what we wanted. It was clean, had everything we needed, and our hosts were great with communication throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere quiet, but also close to Burlington.

3 night at this wonderful VRBO. So cute and a little secluded with was great. Very clean and well designed and accommodating to make everything easy. Comfy bed, coffee, dishes, easy in/out. Just lovely.

We had a wonderful visit the rental was clean and well maintained. Great communication with the owner. We did not have any issues and even though we are not hikers we did hike the park located near the property and loved it. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Vermont.

It is a very clean and a well appointed vibrant space that feels cozy and safe. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to any questions or needs very quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to stay and enjoy Burlington! Hillary was very responsive and provided us everything we needed. She was also flexible when our travel plans changed, which was greatly appreciated.

In the area for a holiday visit with family and needed a place to stay with my dog. The space was very welcoming and spotless. The short walk to the state park was a huge bonus. I was able to give my dog a nice long walk on the trails, take in lovely views of Lake Champlain, and then settle her in for the afternoon while I went off to spend time with family. I would definitely return for another visit.

The apartment was clean and cozy. The king bed was very comfortable. Since we were there for one week, it would have been nice to have drawers to unpack instead of living out of our luggage. There was only one luggage rack. T.V. reception was spotty with only 4 channels. We do have Netflix, but did not log-in, as we wanted "live" t.v. There was a convection/microwave oven, no cook-top. Overall we had a comfortable stay in a lovely location.

Our stay was excellent. We went for our honeymoon for 7 nights and are very happy with our choice. It had the feeling of staying with family who promise to "do their best to ignore you". There was a fair amount of privacy but not 100%. It was definitely quiet in the evening and until at least 8 or so am. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchenette was just what we needed. We loved the proximity to Lake Champlain, Burlington, and Stowe. The state park next door was stunning. We explored a different area every day and would do it all over again.

The space was really nice, updated and clean. The large yard out back was great for our dog. Kitchenette was convenient, but no cooktop. We were working remotely from the apartment (there during the day) and weren’t aware that the property has a few active businesses onsite/ teams coming and going, so there was more activity than expected. This likely wouldn’t impact you if you were out exploring. We really liked the access to the state park across the street for trail runs. Overall it met our needs and is a beautiful property!

A friend and I spent two nights at the "Cozy Studio Apartment" so that I could visit my niece, a student at University of Vermont. The place is an easy 15-20 minute drive from Burlington. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and we were independent despite the apartment being attached to the main house. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the space suited our needs. The trails at Niquette State Park are just across the road and highly recommended. Despite not the best weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
