At NEST properties, you will not find locked closets, personal items in the bedrooms or homeowner's pictures on the walls—rest assured this is a full-time rental designed with only the most discerning short-term guests in mind.

As you enter the home you will be greeted with a wall of windows overlooking a private backyard featuring the pool and fire pit area. You will find an over-sized living room with several large seating areas, an over-sized dining area that seats 16ppl, a gourmet kitchen featuring Wolf appliances, a wine refrigerator, ice machine and more! Nestled in the back of the kitchen you will discover a lounge area that provides tranquility overlooking the pool. • 50% Payment at time of Booking
• 50% Payment 30 Days Prior to Check-In
