Discover this lovely fully remodeled authentic Craftsman 3 Bed 2 Bath house with original charm and grace!! Incredible secluded location while still in the city. Features period architectural detailing with brand new windows throughout allowing for beautiful natural light. The master bedroom and second bedroom each have queen sized beds that can comfortably sleep 2 and the third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle bed. Guests enjoy working from home with fast wifi and a beautiful office. We also have a sunroom with 180 degree windows overlooking the lush green park across the street.
Relax in our beautiful outdoor space. We have a beautiful newly constructed deck overlooking the Hollywood heights that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a nightcap after a night on the town. Look no further than this wonderful home for your LA visit. Everything about the property was as advertised. This beautiful home combines the amazing quality of the original construction with just the right updates for that modern feel and convenience. The outside spaces are also outstanding, with numerous quiet sitting areas and gorgeous views. The location is incredibly convenient with a number of restaurants and other places within walking distance, as well as a reasonable drive to many LA attractions. Rosalyn is an extremely responsive host. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay in Hollywood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the convenient location of this home, which was centrally located for everything we wanted to see. Even though we were in a busy area, being off the beaten path on a dead end road gave us a secluded feeling. We highly recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to LA.

Rosalyn was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. The house is in a perfect location with prime parking for Hollywood attractions. The house is darling and spacious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas. The property is very safe with gate, keycodes lighting etc. The beds are comfortable, kitchen was stocked and bathrooms fully updated. The sun deck and patios were perfect for enjoying the beautiful SoCal weather. Theaters, shopping, restaurants, shopping, walk of fame, park, churches are all within walking distance. I would recommend this home and location to anyone and look forward to returning next time we are in Hollywood. Thank you so much Rosalyn for your hospitality and generosity! Amanda

It rained a lot on our visit, so we were thankful for our comfy abode to stay our of the weather. Instead of enjoying the gorgeous outdoor spaces (and there are many), we made use of the spacious dining room and cozy living room with and fireplace. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We were attending a wedding near by & stayed for 3 night. The house was beautiful & extremely comfortable. The host was very responsive & helpful. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience

The property's description was accurate, charming and well furnished. Our family went to the Universal theme park and being that close was great. We were able to take our 9 month old back to the property for a rest and reset.

Our family, four adults, really enjoyed this house! The pictures are accurate but it's better in person. It's a lovely older home with some original unique features and updates in all the right places (bathrooms, kitchen). I really enjoyed breakfast in the sunroom, which has a lovely view of a park. The house has many spots for enjoying the outdoors, and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is terrific - convenient to many things to see and do. Our host was most responsive to our questions. We were very comfortable in this house, and would recommend it to others. Thanks for the great vacation!!

This house is loaded with craftsman charm. Very comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The newly build deck on the hill was a wonderful place to relax and listen to the birds. Location was perfect...very safe and secure. We walked to the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Blvd. Owners were great about communication...making sure we were able to get into the house. Overall a great stay...would stay again if we ever get back to LA.

Really a great gathering spot. Roomy enough to give different family groups privacy. The upper deck was a nice surprise: had a deli lunch up there with the whole group of 7 of us. Lovely, well-equipped kitchen. House overall had great light. Very welcoming. Close to a old school restaurant that was on our itinerary, and had the plans warranted, would have been part of our walk to a Hollywood Bowl concert.

This house was everything we were looking for. We were in town for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and wanted something close to the venue. This house was perfect. It was about a 20 minute walk to the venue or there is a shuttle service nearby if you don't want to walk. The house was clean and comfortable. Rosalyn was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Proximity to Chinese theatre, jimmy kimmel, lots of touristy shops & restaurants was amazing. Even though so close to so much, the house was so peaceful & quiet. Felt very safe with the fencing around the property. Parking was perfect as well & property owner very helpful & attentive. Well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. Would def stay here again!

We loved this three bedroom cozy cottage within walking distance of so many great attractions. The parking in front was extremely convenient, as was the great location. Kitchen and laundry room were fully equipped. The new deck offered scenic views of surrounding neighborhoods. We loved the fireplace! Our teens had plenty of room to spread out. House has loads of security so we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean good location. Our only draw backs were not enough towels or wash cloths. Also the hone is listed as wheelchair accessible and isn't. If you don't need that then you will be great. Walking distance to everything you will need.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was covenant and close to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and well-maintained. The private, off-the-street parking was a huge plus!

Rosalyn is an amazing host! We really appreciated the excellent communication and bottled water in the fridge upon our arrival. This house is epic! Beautiful, both inside and out. Very secure and safe. The whole perimeter is fenced and gated with code access only. You absolutely can not beat this location for L.A. This was our first time to L.A. and it was a 5 minute walk to Sunset Blvd to see the Walk of Fame, Mann's Chinese Theatre, Jimmy Kimmel etc. We booked a tour of L.A. and the pickup/drop off spot was on Sunset Blvd. As it was an early start of 8am for the tour, being a 5 min walk from home was amazing. Also, great for Uber rides around Hollywood etc. Lots of shopping and places to eat only minutes from the house.
Inside the home, the bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet space. The beds are comfy. The living room couch and dining space is beautiful. Morning coffee in the sunroom or the porch with the super comfy rocking chairs can't be beat. The water pressure is fantastic for showers and plenty of hot water. We booked this for a girls trip (4 women, 40+ yrs) but this would be great for a family with kids as well. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again when back in L.A.

Recommended if you want to be near the action of Hollywood and a fantastic place to stay if you have a vehicle to park!

We had a very nice time in this house during our week in LA. Just a short walk from Hollywood boulevard, it is quiet and charming, with spacious living areas. We particularly enjoyed the atrium at the front of the house for breakfast - and the kitchen is well equipped too. Rosalyn was a great host - responding quickly to any queries. Thanks.

We had a wonderful time staying in this gorgeous home. Lovely yard upfront and all the amenities you could need. Very clean and well maintained. Neighborhood is central but not super walkable. But parking spots upfront helped on that front!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Los Angeles staying at Rosalyn's house. The location was on a quiet road a block away from the action. Rosalyn was quick to respond to us when needed. The house was equipped with all of the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay.

Me and my make up artist stayed very comfortably here, We were in town for a few events it was really nice we had two friends over for dinner. It was quiet and private. It was definitely safe and felt comfortable the entire time.
