This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home was just completely renovated and updated into a relaxing, coastal retreat. It's only a 3 minute drive to Palafox Street, where you'll find abundant restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and art galleries. From there, enjoy a short drive over the bay bridge to access beautiful Pensacola Beach. We routinely clean thoroughly. No pets! Must be 25 YRS or older to book

Right next to downtown Pensacola and a short 15 min drive to Pensacola beach. House was very clean and host was easy to contact.

The place was nice and clean with thick towels and wash rags. There was even good shampoo and conditioner, a coffee pot with coffee, creamer and sugar. Plenty of dishes to cook and eat with and a bbq pit. Dish washer and washer & dryer were in perfect working order with pods for them. There were Xtra bags for the trash cans, really everything you could need. Immaculately clean with a fenced back yard for the kids.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pensacola. We were here for a wedding and it was super close to the venue which was nice! Bed was comfortable and I loved the kitchen space!

It is an awesome place to stay. if you love bars its 5 min drive to busy streets of Pensacola. They have beautiful bedrooms. the only reason its not perfect is because next door is a house being built so expect noisy mornings. They have a grill ready to be used. TV in every room. BEAUTIFUL kitchen and pretty view in front of house. Would recommend 10 times out of 10.

My wife and I made the short drive from Destin to attend the annual Blue Angels show. Property is near downtown, which was great for restaurants and shopping. Comfy bed and soft towels, very clean and well stocked with the basics. Would recommend some folding chairs to enjoy the grill and fenced in backyard. Only downside was a barking dog next door late night, but nothing the owners can do about that. We would stay again! Thanks.

Myself and four of my friends who are part of the Krewe of Daisy Dukes had a parade scheduled for downtown. We booked this cute little house as the perfect place to get ready for the parade due to the great location downtown. As with most neighborhoods in a downtown area you will have a nice home and the "not so nice" homes right next to each other but do not let that worry you. We sat out on the front lawn in our chairs into the late hours of the night and never once felt unsafe. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and did I mention the location?! LOL Very clean, super cute home. The owner was nice enough to let us check in early so that we could prepare for our parade and get ready for load up which was a huge help and was greatly appreciated. If I had to give any suggestion whatsoever it would have been nice to of had chairs or a nice sitting area in the back yard to be able to relax and hang out. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great location in the downtown Pensacola area.

Three spacious bedroom is what family of five appreciate most. Good capacity washing/drying machine makes laundry fast. Kitchen has everything , so you can cook. There is Family Dollar store in 2 minutes drive near and Publix grocery store 10 min away. And there is famous, fresh caught fish, huge market Joe Patti's Seafood couple minutes away, on the shore. Thank you for the stay!

Pulling up to the small and unassuming property you wouldn’t expect it to be so spacious inside, so homey and well stocked. The beds were cozy and everything was light and bright. There was an issue with a pillowcase that had some old stains on it. They were old and faded so you could tell that it had been washed. When I asked the owner for another pillowcase, they responded quickly, were apologetic and made sure we had a replacement as quickly as possible. My only somewhat negative comment is the property is in an area that is mixed between nice new properties and others that are in need of repair. We didn’t encounter any issues though. My husband did have to lock some windows that weren’t secured and had to work hard to get the kitchen window to latch due to settling of the house. These aren’t things that would make me not visit again. Overall very satisfied!

The place was clean and very nice. When we arrived, we had easy access with a door code. The kitchen could use a few more utensils and a pizza pan/cutter though. The rest of the kitchen was decently stocked. The beds were comfortable but there are 2 kings and one queen and not 3 kings. The living room was quite comfortable as well. I had a question while staying here and the host was very prompt with her reply which I

The house was accommodating for a family stay. Not very well stocked in the kitchen. Overall home was clean except the kitchen needed better inspection between guests. There were some rotting potatoes in one of the kitchen drawers. Several expired and opened food items were found in the kitchen.

Hubby and I planned a last minute getaway to Pensacola. Owner went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate our last minute plans. We drove 4 hours and arrived at a tiny white house in an older neighborhood, on a secluded street in what appears to be a warehouse district. A little apprehensive at first, but we turned the key and opened the door to the CLEANEST, NEATEST, CUTEST, SWEETEST, MOST WELL KEPT property we've ever leased on VRBO!!!!! Decor is absolutely ADORABLE! Kitchen CLEAN and well stocked. Glass cabinets displayed dishes and beautiful wine glasses! That's a plus for me because SO MANY people forget the GOOD wine glasses :)!!! Kudos! Great wine glasses make the wine THAT MORE enjoyable. Lighting all around the home was bright and inviting. Bathroom CLEAN! Rooms were neatly and perfectly decorated. NOT crowded with a whole lot of junk! I'm OCD and I make it my business to check ceiling fans. EVERY ceiling fan was DUST FREE! UN-BE-FRIKN-LIEVABLE!!! This place was so clean, I even left the maid a note of gratitude!! Wall mounted TV in master bedroom a PLUS (and it swivels!). Bed and pillows like clouds! The neighborhood was SO quite we forgot there are neighbors. No photos of the back yard, but it's large and comfortable. No outdoor seating, but we had our fishing chairs so we were able to take advantage of the yard. There is a grill. The whole property is fenced in so NO nosey neighbors!
Old neighborhood but we felt COMFORTABLE and SAFE! MINUTES to CJ's cafe for the BEST home-away-from-home breakfast. MINUTES to Joe Patti's. MINUTES to The Ruby Slipper (yum!). Walking Distance to 5 Sisters Soul Cafe and downtown areas. GREAT HOST. VERY ACCOMMODATING. RESPONDED TO ALL OF MY TEXTS IN A TIMELY MANNER! I just want to say THANK YOU you for providing a property that is JUST how you described it. We WILL DEFINITELY stay here again.

We had such a great weekend visiting my brother and his family. The property is so quaint and is such the perfect location for whatever you want to do in Pensacola. Rental was nice and clean and beds were very comfy.

I picked this property to celebrate my sister's 50th and from the beginning everything felt so warm. I felt taken care of before we even arrived. Jay was in contact, welcoming us before we even arrived.
The house is in the historic district and 10min from airport, beaches, shopping... great location. So quiet. Never slept better on vacation. Loved my bed! Lol.
The home was clean and had all the things we needed to feel as if we were in our own home. Jay even gave us a list of local places for us to go to celebrate the occasion. I have told so many of my friends and clients about this place.
We will definitely be going back to Jay's when we revisit Pensacola.

We needed to come to Pensacola to bring my niece to college. Your home was perfect location and size. We were able to only be 10 minutes away from the college. We were only a short distance from shops we needed and the accommodations at your home were lovely. Thank you for helping our busy weekend go smoothly.

Very nice house/cottage. Beds are soft and clean. Just about all you need in the kitchen to cook if needed. Neighborhood is quite with lots of new houses being built around the block. 15 mins to the beach with an easy route to make it there.

We had an awesome time in Pensacola and that started with this cottage. Jackie was amazing getting in touch with us and getting us checked in. Home is just as listed. Great place, comfortable rooms (one large enough for a pack n play), laundry room and beautiful kitchen. Not in a busy area with lots of people, pretty much away from the chaos. We had one issue (our fault) somehow got locked out and Jackie answered immediately when I called and was trying to figure out a way for us to get in. It all worked out and we ended up having a great low key vacation. High recommend this place to anyone staying in Pensacola. Short trips to anything you need!

We loved the house! It was updated, clean, and charming! A lot of extras were provided, like tide pods, air freshener, coffee, sugar, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The property manager was friendly & the entire process was super easy. Also the price was great. We really enjoyed the house and I would definitely recommend staying here but I have to point out one thing since I didn’t see this in any other review or the actual listing when I booked. While the house is only 20 minutes from Pensacola beach, and like 5 minutes from lots of fabulous restaurants, it is also located in an “up and coming” neighborhood. The house next door was sketchy and very busy. We got back to the house about 11pm on Saturday night and when we were unloading our cars we saw a lady, who seemed to have been on drugs, stumbling and mumbling around outside. I realize that this is totally out of the property manager’s control but I feel like I must point it out, especially considering that I was traveling with my disabled Mother. I feel like I would have chosen another spot if I had been aware that it wasn’t in the nicest area. If you have ever been to Memphis, you know that midtown is up and coming so some houses are super nice but are located next to ones that are boarded up or ran down. It’s the same thing. Again, we really enjoyed the house, it was great, but I just felt the need to make other possible guests aware of the neighborhood since they may also be traveling with disabled individuals or young children. I’m not writing this out of malice, the overall experience - that the owner was in control of - was great, they did a fantastic job! I would definitely stay with them again but maybe in another location.

My wife and I spent week here visiting our Son who was on Naval Air Base. Property was just as advertised, close to everything and very clean. Just a short car ride to all major attractions. On morning runs was able to do 3 mile loop around harbor and downtown area! Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting our son at the naval base. The house is newly renovated, modern, and clean. It's close to both the base and downtown area, perfect for the purpose of our trip. Checking in and out was simple, communication excellent.
