Not bad at all, just minor issues.
The water pressure at the bathroom sink was not good. Wish there were some cleaning supplies or dish detergent in the room.

unpleasant
Looks Nice and clean
Hotel is in the average, however the General Manager, Justin Durrance "was quite rude, racist, and discriminated against us. "When we confronted him about his attitude, he became furious and called the police, who were very kind, thanks GOD. This man has serious issues in dealing with the public." "Supposedly, it is a pet-friendly hotel, but he charged us for the stay of our dogs, even though they are emotional support animals." "I could write a book about the injustices committed by this individual." "He even went as far as to say that my son should eat his breakfast quickly because we had to leave. This is why we kindly requested police assistance before even exiting the hotel; we were terrified." "I highly recommend the HOME2 hotel by Hilton just across the street. The service is incredible, it's more affordable, Modern, and if your dogs are ESA, they won't charge you a fee, they just waived the 75$. Overall, it's part of an international chain." "We regret not choosing first the Hilton and avoiding this nightmare. Not to mention, we had paid for the entire stay and are still waiting for a full refund. Do you have children and pets? DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL unless you want to turn your vacation into a nightmare with the unpleasant experience Justin puts you through, reaching the point of intending to remove you from the hotel with your family and children as if you were a criminal. DON'T TAKE CHANCES WITH SMALL HOTELS, GO TO THE HILTON." Ps: on the top of everything the Dishwasher wasn't working. 1 bar of soap for 3 Roof A/C grill falling.... etc etc etc

Being set up like an actual apartment was nice. The separation of the room and living room with 2 tvs would definitely be a convenience if I had my family with me.
Nothing major since I was alone but there were no dishes and no dish soap.

Superb
Very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. It is set up like a small apartment. You can even wash/dry clothes right there. It was quiet and I felt safe. It's near a Walmart that is in walking distance. The heat and air system was excellent.
Need more better pots/pans and a little deeper cleaning of appliances

Disappointing! Staff need to be trained or the owners need to hire a new staff!
The property is very nice and well kept. The room was clean except the floors were not mopped. We made sure to use our flip flops or crocs while in the room.
During our stay the toilet tank exploded at the bottom of the tank. When reported to the front desk we were accommodated and moved immediately. Our first room was a double queen bed, which none were available during the maintenance emergency. We were a family of 6 so it was very inconvenient to be moved to a 1 bed suite. We were only accommodated a refund of $20. When I asked why only $20 was refunded and not a half off or the extra step to show how much of a inconvenience and hassle it was to move a family of 6 after trying to settle from a 12 hour car ride. Lack of customer service and lack of management skills from Justin was very disappointing as a guest. I formally worked in a conventions based hotel for 5 years so I know how hospitality works in a major city! With that being said let’s start at the top…. Now the general manager Justin, deserves to be recognized in a paragraph of his own! He is to young and immature for this role. Making a in person compliment was even more frustrating. Further more, when speaking to Justin, the maid Zaenana - or whatever her name was- was totally outside of her role speaking to me when I making a compliment to the general manager! She needs to re read her job description because she had no right saying one word to me. She should of removed her self when I was speaking to the manager. Prior to checking in, the tone and his attentive approach was welcoming but that quickly changed when I arrived to the property. I was informed of the property policies, incidentals, and rules. Justin informed me of the quiet hours and the penalty if this was breached, I was not concerned about noises from my family. However I do have a 1 year old baby, and as a concerned parent and respectable guest, I asked if it would be a issue if a baby was present. Justin then replied, “ I hope it won’t be, we will see. We attract a lot of business people and we want to be respectful of them.” Totally not a family friendly response, as I informed him.
