The Marigny is known for its live event venues, parading in the streets, performers, restaurants, bars, & live music. Located on Frenchmen street, this newly updated apartment is situated in the heart of it all.

3rd floor apartment with a balcony overlooking Frenchman Street. Other features include a kitchen, queen bed & walk-in shower. Recently updated with a memory foam mattress, Smart TV with Netflix, all new bedding & towels.

The building is three stories & composed of 5 rental units: 2 Studios, 2 one-bedrooms & a three-bedroom unit. A tattoo shop is on the first floor.

The offbeat Marigny district is known for its Cajun bistros, bohemian bars and jazz clubs, especially along Frenchmen Street. This spot is highly walkable but if transportation is needed- Uber/Lyft/Cab, Streetcar, Pedi-cabs & bike rentals are nearby.
