Cute, quiet place. Pool was great for smaller kids and very quiet. Kids loved the seashell bucket on the patio and added some to it. I’d recommend black out curtains in the living room that can pull back, it was very bright at 5:30A. We didn’t care but would if we were late sleepers. Place was a 14 min walk to the beach and super close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay very much and if we ever came back we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful heated pool. Great location, super walkable, very clean. Amazing host! Had everything that we needed. Super quiet at night and a very comfy bed. :)

Although my visit was brief, Lori couldn’t have been nicer. And her property was clean, well stocked with everything that you would need and decorated very nicely. The pool area was also cozy, tidy and modern. So close to everything. Most in walking distance. I highly recommend this condo for your Delray Beach stay.

This condo was very clean and just as it was pictured. It was definitely walkable to restaurants and stores however it us a bit too far to walk to the beach with chairs and beach bags, etc. The pool was awesome asxwell as the outdoor space. We did think from the listing that the condo opened up onto the outdoor area. It however does not and you need to walk around the back of the condo to get to the pool area. I was able to walk to get coffee every morning and we walked to restaurants every night.

My parents had an amazing time staying here with my sister. My family came to visit me. I live in Boca and this was super easy to book and a great location to all of the things. I wanted to show them in the Delray and Boca area! We will definitely be booking here again, when they come back to visit.

It is in a safe area. Can easily walk to Atlantic Avenue and downtown area. Is about a 15 minute walk to the beach but a very easy bike ride.

The unit is nicely renovated and well appointed. As we only stayed 2 nights We were pleasantly surprised with all the conveniences such as salt, pepper, baggies and things like aluminum foil etc that made it so easy. The apt is conveniently located just a few blocks to the Avenue. Although we didnt much use the private outdoor space with pool and sitting area it looked very inviting. Our host was very prompt to respond when we had a question. Overall a very pleasant experience and hope to be back again.

Extremely well-appointed perfect pad for two, with the addition of a lovely small (shared) pool. Beautiful upscale decoration and thoughtful, professional host, who provided generously for every comfort. Wonderfully quiet street but only five minutes walk to the buzz of Atlantic Avenue. You won’t find a better rental for two in Delray.

My husband and I love Delray Beach and visited for my birthday in January. We decided to go back for our anniversary, and found this villa. I sent Laurie a few messages through the VRBO site. She promptly replied to each. The pool gets sun throughout the day, and the location is fantastic! It's walking distance to most of our favorite restaurants on Atlantic Ave., as well as to great shopping. The villa is stocked with everything needed including coffee and creamers, beach towels, etc. We will definitely stay again! I recommend this to any couple traveling.

The place was essentially fine, however it is extremely small. The dishes were so high that they were unreachable. The couch and blue chairs were sturdy, but all the other furniture is very cheap

Great location , nice little heated pool in the yard , use of laundry made this easy and convenient. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach . Quiet spot, and clean I would have liked to watch tv in the bedroom at night as the bed was very comfortable , the living room had cable tv , maybe they will add one in the bedroom . Nice stay.

My husband and I stayed here for ten days. The place looks exactly like the photos. It is a very short walk to all of the restaurants and shops on Atlantic and a little longer, but very doable, walk to the beach. We did not have the most comfortable stay; the couch is not a good lounge couch, the bed was small (size not advertised), and the bathroom is so small that you have to go in all the way and close the door in order to sit on the toilet.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend in Unit 1. The apartment looks just like the photos. It is in a good location, We were able to walk everywhere. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops right near by. Apartment was clean. Everything looked new. Space was well designed. Apartment has a great bed, I loved the sheets. We did not do any cooking but kitchen appeared well equipped. Owner was very responsive. The cottage really only sleeps 2 adults. There is a blowup air mattress that is necessary to sleep 4.
