About this apartment rental
The suite is located in the picturesque Marigny Triangle, 2 blocks from the French Quarter, 1 block from Frenchmen St. & 2 blocks from the streetcar. The building was recently converted from a warehouse that was used to make Mardi Gras floats, into modern Condos by its Architect owners. It features private parking (see house rules), cool private balcony, community courtyard, security systems w/ exterior cameras, keypad locks, 10 ft ceilings & Keurig coffee maker.
The Suite is 1,100 SF of modern space including 2 bedrooms with recently purchased new queen-sized premium hotel brand mattresses, 2 bathrooms and a sofabed. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony while watching the horse carriage rides go by. The balcony opens up to a cozy living room with a wall-mounted TV. Open concept kitchen with bar table and stools, 2-burner Cooktop, and Toaster Oven. One off-street parking spot is available for compact cars only. If your car does not fit, there should be plenty of street parking with a permit we can offer.

The location was perfect for us—a short walk to French quarter, Frenchmen Street and yet very quiet. Ingenious design features that are functional & beautiful, down to the last detail. AC kept thing chill during the heat of the day & the balcony was wonderful in the evening. The place is flawless really, with some very thoughtful touches (used the umbrella 2x). One of the best short-term rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you — we’ll be back.

This was an absolute perfect place to stay for Mardi Gras.
Everything was within walking distance and yet nestled far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
The unit was beautiful inside and out. Having a balcony and on site parking was a huge bonus as well.
David and Irelis are wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and also kept in touch with us while we were there to make sure our stay was the best it could be.
We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with walkable access. Wish the weather was better as we only had one day to enjoy coffee on the balcony. Temperature controls in each room helpful. Hosts respond promptly to any inquiry

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at this vrbo. The space was excellent for us with a separate space for each of us and a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee on. Irelis and David were very responsive and worked with us on our check-in times and even brought some extra sugar down. The location of this vrbo is amazing being close to restaurants and walking distance to Frenchman Street and everything in the French Quarter, but also provided the quiet residential space away from all the noise. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to New Orleans.

Excellent trip and wonderful rental. Walkable to restaurants ( ruby slipper is excellent) and hosts very friendly. Felt safer there than at any of hotels that I might have stayed at.

Absolutely The Best VRBO in NOLA!
Have used VRBO for many many many years and been visiting NOLA for most of my life and with friends in tow, typically stay in the City. Hands down, both 1919 Burgundy rentals I stayed in are best in the Crescent City!
Irelis & Dave are amazing! Personable, attentive, friendly, but absolutely hands off even tho they live in same cool, fresh, modern building!
Walk in greeting to a superb welcome basket & local beers. Suite A is modern, comfortable, homey, spacious, beautiful, well maintained and stocked with full kitchen -- great for enjoying dinner with group of friends.
Lovely private back porch is wonderful for AM quiet time plus a shared enclosed private front porch area for privacy & bikes (if renting). The off-street parking is quite useful for smaller vehicles (Street parking pass available for larger cars).
The Marigny location is quiet and perfect for walking into the quarter, access to local eateries, close to parks and bike rentals.

Good location. Nice, clean, and modern space. The communications with owners were good - they were prompt and cordial. The apartment was smaller than we realized, so the living conditions were a little cramped. Also, the stairs up to the apartment and then back down to the master bedroom were more of a challenge than expected. All in all, a good experience.

This location comfortably hosted 5 women for a long weekend. We had such a great time staying here, it’s close walking distance to everywhere or a quick Uber drive away! The condo was clean, quiet, had everything we needed with thorough instructions! Extra blankets and pillows, everything was well designed and thought out.

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The host was so welcoming and thoughtful. Location was superb, within close walking distance of Bourbon Street but quiet after returning for the evening. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beyond being a lovely property and a fantastic reuse of a building, the location was central to all the districts we were interested in visiting. We walked almost everywhere! The neighborhood is classic, quiet and welcoming as well!

We stayed in this suite for the long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was his first trip to New Orleans, and this complex was amazingly convenient to many great bars as well as local music venues.
Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive. I had a work call that was scheduled at the last minute to take place at around checkout time. I contacted the hosts to see if we could extend checkout by an hour - they were so accommodating. They also offered to store our bags while we enjoyed more of the city before heading to the airport. Highly recommend!

Condo was beautiful, 4 people stayed comfortably. Location was excellent. Close to everything you want to see, plus a great restaurant and market just steps away. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

We planned a trip to New Orleans for my husbands 50th and stayed at this property. It was very convenient to Frenchman Street and a short walk to the Quarter. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet while still feeling like you are in the heart of everything. It felt safe and friendly. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for two couples. We would stay here again!

The hosts were very gracious. They are on site and available but unobtrusive. The property is very clean and bright. Lots of stairs as shown which was fine for us but may be a concern if you have children or older people. Very quiet neighborhood and right down the street from Ruby Slipper. The hosts left snacks which we really appreciated. Overall a great stay!

This is an amazing property.
The location is in a quite neighborhood but close enough to the action of the french quarter and frenchman st thats its an easy walk.We had 3 guests but 4 would fit just fine>>>any more would be a stretch for adults. The unit is very modern and very well thought out>>>about anything you need is there and in good condition. The hosts were actually out of town when we stayed but were very quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. Even allowed an early check in to accommodate our schedule. If you are going to Nola this would be a great choice for your stay!

We really enjoyed this property. It is perfect for 2 couples - 2 bdr, 2 full bthrm. Nice lounging area, kitchen, and deck. Super quiet neighborhood. Walkable to everything - especially Frenchman St!! Owner's were super friendly and reachable. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay in NOLA
What a perfect spot for our stay in NOLA. The condo couldn’t have been in a better location. Walkable to all of the best Frenchman Street and French Quarter spots. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. And the layout was great for two couples. The bedrooms were very private and it had all the amenities needed for a long weekend. And the free Kureg coffee and snacks were a nice bonus. We will definitely be back soon.
