Beautiful condominium on the Worlds Best Beach! Great for families or for longer term stays when you want a home away from home.
Open floor plan (approx 1900 sq ft) with galley kitchen and eat in bar, full size dining table (6), and family room featuring comfy sofa beds for extra or younger guests.
Master suite features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and additional sliding door access to the deck; king size bed with private double vanity bath including jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A second king size guest bedroom with private single vanity bathroom (shower) and third guest bedroom (queen) with adjacent full bathroom (shower).
Watch the sunrise with your coffee on the large furnished deck or let the crash of the waves wash your worries away as you sip your wine under the stars.
Direct access to pool or walk down the private access to the beach.
If you’re looking for a spacious, relaxing get-away, you’ve found it!

January 2024 Update:
Due to sustained hurricane damage last year, the sea wall will be rebuilt during the early months of the year. This will impact direct access to the beach but our neighboring condo will allow access for our guests. There could also be noise during the day as the wall is constructed. Current estimate for completion is March-April. Feel free to inquire for updated information.

Our stay was fantastic. We were there for Level 10 Nationals for gymnastics. This is the first time the place was even better than the pictures! The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful communicating everything we needed. The property was safe, quiet and the people we met were super friendly. Easy access not only to New Smyrna but to Daytona as well. 10/10 for sure! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us:)

The unit is very spacious in a secured building. We especially enjoyed direct ocean views from the family room and primary suite. The sunrise each morning was absolutely breathtaking. It’s hard to find a spacious condo with three beds/three baths in NSB. We would love to return!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The ambiance was beautiful (inside and out), the condo was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a week away from reality. This was a great place for a family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Be sure you bring a blow dryer with you if you are going to need one. Had to send my husband out on an emergency mission to get one, on our way to my daughter's graduation.

We had a great time during our stay! Jeanette was very responsive and accommodating any time we needed to each out with questions about our trip. Property was described perfectly with many extra amenities not even listed included! Very clean and beautifully kept. Amazing views, although the beach was closed due to hurricane storm debris. Centrally located family property, highly recommended! Will be back.

I couldn't speak more highly of our stay in New Smyrna Beach. This condo is in a beautiful section of the beach where vehicles are not allowed. I enjoyed watching the sunrise on most mornings of my stay. You can also see the sunset from the front door of the condo. The condo itself was very large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms were roomy with ample counter space. The kitchen was also a good size and was stocked well with pots/pans, plates/bowls/mugs, plus silverware and cooking utensils. The living area had more than enough room for family of four. The building is very well maintained with clean common areas, parking garages and an immaculate pool. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. Canaveral National Seashore is only about 15 minutes south of the condo with pristine beaches and shoreline. Overall, just loved the relaxed vibe of New Smyrna Beach. It was a lovely trip!

My college sorority chapter held a 55th reunion in New Smyrna Beach. Four friends joined me at the condo. It was the perfect setting for relaxing walks on the beach. The unit was spotless, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The hostess made check in easy, and quickly responded to questions. It was delightful!

The first day was warm but the rest of the stay was a little chilly. However, since we have been in Florida for a long time, we were chilled but we appreciated the peacefulness of the surf and waves. This condo is very roomy and comfortable and it was very clean when we arrived, 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths with open kitchen, dining , and living area helped make it a wonderful stay. There are a plenty of extras such as linens beach towels and toys, and kitchen supplies. We did miss having a coffee pot - the Keurig had a hard time keeping up. Some of the furnishings are a little dated but that in no way lessened how fantastic our stay was. A big thank you to the owners, hope to be back to the beautiful New Smyrna beach again!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful Condo. We had a family trip with kids from 3-17. The condo is very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to find their own space. We loved having three full bathrooms and large bedrooms. The condo had lots of extras to make us feel at home. Tons of towels and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the balcony looking out over the pool and beach. The condo was very quiet, with lots of residents. The pool was never crowded, even the week of July 4th. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
