● With a king bed and a queen-size sofa bed, this condo can accommodate up to four guests.

● The full bathroom comes complete with all the essentials needed for your stay, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.

● Spend your morning basking in the Arizona sun on the sunny patio, which overlooks a grassy lawn where you can watch birds and bunnies playing in the sunshine.

As our guest, you have access to

• AC temperature can be adjusted between 70 to 80 degree.

• heated pool, 79 degrees & hot tub open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. You can access the swimming pool through the hotel lobby, no key needed.

• Laundry room is right behind the elevator on the second floor in the middle of the condo building . Washers and dryers are available for use at a low cost, payable through an app.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. Please inform the hosts of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately.

The apartment I rented was well maintained and well supplied with just about everything needed for an extended stay. The host was quite accommodating. The only item missing was a clock.. A wall or table clock not anywhere. There was just the oven & microwave . Not one in bedroom or living area.. On the whole, my experience was good. It was the 1st time I rented something like this.

Nice condo. Oddly cool. Some of the outlets don't work. But my arrival was a disaster. I hadn't received the room code by email before arriving. Getting in contact with the manager through VRBO took over an hour, and having to wait in the 105 degree heat was extremely unpleasant.

The location of this unit could've been better for us, Scottsdale is a great community. It was close to many hiking trails and close to important stores. We felt safe at all time. The condo was clean and very well equipped with everything from the kitchen necessities to ironing board and hair dryer. It was a very quiet complex and area. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Upon arrival the parking lot was dark and the keypad to enter did not light up making it difficult to enter the code. Once in the room i found one of the sliding glass doors wide open!! (So unsafe) Thankfully my grown children were with me to check out the room. (My room was on the ground floor) At one point the electrical outlets stopped working in the bed/bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean, spacious, and the view was great. However, as a single traveler I felt there were safety issues.

Great location, walkable to Talking Stick ball fields. Manager Teresa easy to get hold of. Condo size was good. Loved the back patio with lots of seating and nice green space with rabbits and quail daily. Need to have more cups (only 3) and smaller plates (only 2) I ran dishwasher daily and I'm not sure that it got the dishes very clean. Also could use a couple of pool towels, we used the ones from the desk at the hotel and they were really tiny. We used the hotel pool and hot tub most days. (This is a shared area with the condos.) It had very few chairs and on one day the hot tub was not hot. When I asked in the hotel about both I was told they are going to renovate. Not a big help if you are staying there before they do the renovation.

Tile floors, concrete walls, old stained appliances, old worn out cabinets, smudged paint on the ceiling, painters tape around the sprinkler head in the bedroom, mystery brown spot on the toilet seat, full size convertible bed in living room (not queen as advertised). We did not stay there. And while host responded quickly to messages, she was not willing to refund any of our money, even though we only booked 8 days in advance.

Rabbits are taking over the outdoor yard and patio area. There was a lot of police activity in the condo during my 2 week stay. Definitely no insulation between the walls and upper condo. Very noisy and loud. People were very loud.
