Just as described. A peaceful & comfortable stay with all the amenities of home

Great time. convenient location.
3.0
It was located in a very convenient place, the neighborhood wasn't the greatest and there's no yard. Home had a very nice esthetic but the beds/couch were uncomfortable and the rugs/floors were in need of vacuuming (hair matted into the rugs and tufts of hair from the previous renters was left floating around).

House was great. Met all our needs perfectly. Very strong cat urine smell in laundry room. Cat feces and urine spray all over back step and walls.

Had a great time! The place was clean and comfortable! Centrally located and easy walking distance to town. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We loved it!! You just need some bigger coffee mugs!! Thank you!!

The property was modernly decorated and clean. Many extras to make the stay comfortable were provided. I was able to contact someone right away about a question I had to ask.

My mom, sisters and brother in law were able to stay a few nights in the cute little place. It had everything we needed. Great location! It had enough space for us all to enjoy. Didn’t want for anything while we were there. The bathroom towels and linens were nice and clean and quality. You can tell the owners want you to be comfortable.
In past reviews, there was complaints of cat, urine smell. There was no bad odors during our stay. The problem with the cat odor must have been taken care of. I would recommend this place!

Rental was as represented very clean and decorated nicely. If we return to Williams we will reserve it again

Our stay was short but great. The house was new and very spacious. Grand Canyon was very close and easy to get to.

The home was clean and ready for us. There was a strong smell of cats outside and they had the landscaper come and spray something that did work. We could not figure out the heat/air control but is was cool enough to open windows once the cat smell was gone. I could have called, but windows did the trick.
Nice remodel! Cute decorations. There should be more seating to accommodate 7 people. It worked great for us. I suggest putting more towel hooks in the bathrooms.
Close enough to walk to everything.... Safeway real close for groceries.
Cute town lots of restaurants and shops.

This house is super close to Rte 66 and has the potential to be a 5 star property. Unfortunately, there was an overwhelming cat odor upon entering the home. It was so overwhelming it made us uncomfortable staying and relaxing inside the property. We notified the local contact and they claimed the issue was a bench on the back porch that has been used by the stray cats in the neighborhood. I hope the issue is remedied for future guests but unfortunately for us and our cat allergies we couldn’t enjoy the property, which is a shame because they’ve obviously spent a lot of attention to making it very inviting and comfortable. The amenities were nice and the interior was updated which made it nice in that regard. I would love to recommend the property but unfortunately would have to caution any guests with an allergy to cats to book this property.

The house is nice and all but the 2 main reasons that I’m only giving it a 3 star are:
1. When we arrived, the trash bin outside was tipped over and the trash was spilled. There was also a used q tip we found on the rug as we walked in (I have photos of both).
2. It’s not dog friendly. There’s no close area of parched grass and the neighbors’ dogs are off-leash in their front yard.

The property was extremely clean with ample supplies. I would stay here again.

We took the Train to the Grand Canyon, and spent a full day at Beararizona. Fell in love with the beauty and country charm of Williams. Our home was cute, had the essentials, clean...but Dogs large and barking all around us. Of course the were fenced in, but didn't feel really comfortable in the area. But just 2 blocks any direction much nicer neighborhoid. All in all great for our group and we were gone all days and then had a clean space to rest our heads....
Good experience over-all and my 1st time using a VRBO.

Cute property, close to downtown. Clean and everything there that we needed...Ants and wasp issues outside...would stay again

Grand Canyon Adventure
Home has been completely renovated and is lovely. It is completely modern. Beds are tempur-pedic, very comfortable. Location is great. Only a few blocks from Route 66, restaurants and shops. Less than a mile from the Safeway supermarket. A few blocks to the Grand Canyon Railway Depot (could not hv been more convenient). Easy highway access and jumping off point to other things to do and Flagstaff. I failed to carefully read the property description and that there was no air conditioning. It was 70-80 and did get hot in the house. Several fans are provided as well as there being overhead fans in each bedroom and living area, so it did cool off at night. Days were warm inside the house. Note that Williams is a historic area and neighborhood is older and run down. This is by far the nicest home on the street. We walked our dogs and neighborhood seemed safe.

Very convenient
This place looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean and updated. We had one of the fire alarms beeping due to low battery and Managment sent someone right away to fix it. The place is walking distance to shops and restaurants and also close to the grocery store. The also provide you with full size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. My only recommendation would be to get some mugs for coffee instead of the tea cups.
We will definitely stay here again.

Brand new build still working out the kinks
This space is great but feels sterile. The kitchen is WONDERFUL. The floors throughout are finished concrete which results in the house being an echo chamber where you can hear everything happening almost anywhere. The bed frame in the master bedroom is broken, and although there are blinds on the windows there are no other coverings so no avoidance of the sunlight in the morning. The linens are nice but one of the blankets was obviously dirty and the bath towels are tiny - fit the munchkins but not the adults. Wifi is slow but Netflix and Hulu are on the TV and Dish. It is obviously a quick new build because the smell of paint was pervasive throughout the house and the furnishings look nice but are obviously inexpensive. All in all, it was a good space but could be made a great space with a few additions like thick rugs for sound mitigation and adult sized towels.

Wonderful place
We rented this place for our family to visit the Grand canyon and Bearizona. We had a very comfortable time. Everything was new and well maintain. The owners know how to make guest feel welcome. This place was not missing a thing. We hope to come back in the near future. Loved the decor and especially the floors. Town was a also very friendly and welcoming. Everything is nearby.
