Everything at Scott's house was as described and the property was perfect for our purposes. Our kids enjoyed the open space in the living room as well as the large closets to play in. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, with a playground only a short walk away. We would be happy to return again for our next visit to State College.

This property was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood while moving our PSU student into off campus community. Only minutes to N. Atherton area. Was able to cook last family meals in the well equipped kitchen. It was nice to be able to sit outdoors on the patio. Also a plus to be able to park in the garage, as we had vehicles loaded with items to move in next morning. House was clean and ample towels provided. Some attention needed for small things things like disposal switch/ Main shower handle and outdoor umbrella. Also note that you need to bring your own hairdryer. Luckily I could use my college kiddos which was not packed away. Overall, mornings are bright and sunny in the house, making it a early risers dream! Owner was very responsive before our enjoyable stay!

We rented the home so that I could attend graduation at Penn State- and everything was perfect. House was immaculate and close to campus.

Scott was very easy to work with and communicated well. His responses were nearly immediate. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer were ideal as our stay was toward the end of a long trip. I’d recommend his house to anyone.

Overall a very nice place with ample room and a nice neighborhood. Some maintenance is needed with light switches and faucets and shower valves. Beds could use an update mattress as well.

We were in town for the Happy Valley Ironman 70.3. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood which very close to Penn State’s campus. We walked to a small park/playground at one end of the neighborhood. Amenities in the house were simple, but more than sufficient. We had one issue which was quickly addressed and solved by the hosts through some quick messaging and a phone call. Would use again if we had a similar need.

Property was very clean and neat. The house was well stocked. We enjoyed having enough room for eight family members to exist comfortably. The two car garage (with garage door openers to use in your vehicle) made getting in and out very convenient. Located in a great neighborhood. Scott was very responsive to all of our questions leading up to our stay.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away! This property truly exceeded our expectations. The AC was already on when we entered, as it was an extremely hot weekend for early June in State College. The house is beautifully furnished, and has everything you need. The host thought of everything! The neighborhood is quiet and close to all Penn State attractions. We were able to relive old memories 44 years after graduation. Thank you so much. Took the family for a long weekend at State College. This house was perfect! Beautiful home, completely pristine. Four large bedrooms, a large living room area to gather at night, fully equipped kitchen, lovely deck with grill and large back yard for the kids to play. There’s a trail to a small playground right across the street. The owners were very nice and accessible. We could not have been happier with this rental and looking forward to visit here again!

What a great house! We booked this house a year ahead for graduation knowing we may have extra family. It was perfect! We had space to hang out both inside and on the deck and plenty of room to sleep. The house was clean and had all we needed. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Beautiful and convenient home for any visit to State College!

We have been coming here once a year for the past several years and is now deemed our family reunion place. This place was created with the guest in mind...from extra towels and blankets to a kitchen stocked with all of the equipment a cook could want, including extra silverware and plates. There's also some little extra items provided should we forget them, like body wash or bathroom spray. This time the microwave popcorn was a nice surprise and perfect for our "game night". With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, there's ample space and it's always super clean. Our family loves it here. We already have made great memories here and looking forward to making many more. Thank you for another great weekend in Happy Valley!

Great location for visiting Penn State. Plenty of room for all guests. We really liked the accommodations.

Our family had a weekend basketball tournament at Nittany Sports Complex…..this home is super close to PSU, huge convenience running back and forth. House had every thing we needed. I cooked and baked and the house had all the utensils and pots/pans necessary. Beds were comfortable as well. We had a very nice visit!

Stay at VRBO’s pretty routinely. This house was the best stocked/equipped house we have ever stayed at. Well done! Might want include that there is a Kurig as well as a coffee maker.

Starting from the booking process….it was easy and the owner was very helpful and replied quickly to all my questions. The house was perfect for us, we were in town for our daughters swim meet and had family in to celebrate the holiday a little early. House was very clean and spacious. We will definitely be going back. Nice friendly and quiet neighborhood, yet close to the campus and downtown.

It was super easy to get in, and the VRBO was clean, cozy, and spacious. No issues here, and I would totally recommend it to anyone who’s traveling to the state college area!

House was exceptional for the visit. Our only issue was cold water in the shower. Other than that, great stay.
