About this house rental
Gorgeous 2 story home home with incredible views of the mountains and lake. The minute you walk in the front door, you see the expansive view of the Pine View Lake and Snow Basin ski resort. The home has had a beautiful remodel. Bamboo flooring, stainless appliances. Fully furnished with billiards, ping pong, internet, 4 TV’s. 2 decks, one with a in ground 8 person spa. Gas grill. Patio seating.!!

Our family (7 adults) came to stay for 5 nights in August. The home has beautiful views from the back. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with a nice community center that has a workout room and a nice pool and hot tub that you can access as part of your stay. There is also a tennis/pickleball court close to the community center. The house is well stocked with just about anything you need to cook a nice meal, play a game, listen to music, and more. We had a great time playing pool tournaments and playing games together. There is a hot tub on the pack patio that was cleaned and maintained during our stay so we know it was well cared for. There was even a fire table out back for us to do smores! The beds and furniture were comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us. There was even one bedroom we didn't use. The bathrooms were spacious and there were plenty for our group. We didn't use the garage but it is available to park in during those winter months. There is a local grocery store about 5-10 minutes away that didn't seem overpriced. Ogden was around 20-30 drive if you need more. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and the beautiful valley. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away.

We stayed here for a week long ski trip and it was perfect. We skied both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin and it was in a good spot between the two. The house had everything we needed. We didn't cook much, but the fully stocked kitchen had everything. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. We reached out to the host once during the trip and they responded in seconds. I would stay here again.

We loved our four day visit in this beautiful valley. The house was perfect for all twelve of us ranging from age 3 to 84. Location to the store, lake and trails were great. We all loved the view of the valley and mountains from the upper floor windows and deck. We didn't even feel like we were in a neighborhood.

We had an amazing ski vacation in this beautiful home conveniently located a short drive from both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. The house is extremely clean and has wonderful views. The game room downstairs was perfect and kept the the kids busy with ping pong and a pool table. The hosts are extremely nice and kept a great line of communication throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect amount of space for our group: 3 couples and 3 singles. The layout allowed us to spend time together and have enough privacy when we needed it. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. We made some good memories here!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this VRBO. We have stayed in many through the years and this is one of our favorites. The kids loved playing in the basement with all the available toys and games and the adults visited by the cosy fire upstairs. We used the wonderful sleds in the garage and the hotter was a wonderful treat after a full day skiing at Snow Basin. There were plenty of places to sleep and let the babies nap. The beds were so comfortable and we will be back soon. Thanks for hosting our family while we made some wonderful memories!

The home is very clean, well stocked and in a beautiful setting. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit with a view that can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

This home was the perfect place for our extended family vacation. There were lots of games for the kids and a gorgeous view. The home is large and nicely furnished. It was a short walk to the community pool and tennis/pickleball/basketball courts. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving. Definitely an A+ property!

Horrible experience upon departure
We rented this home for 5 days and are very disappointed with what we have been accused of since leaving. We are VERY clean and respectful families. Even though there was a high cleaning fee on top of the reservation, we were left a list of approximately 10 cleaning tasks to do before we left, which we did all of besides one. Then the owner sends false claims of damages of cleanliness with no proof or receipts and proceeds to charge my card, which I am now disputing with my credit card and VRBO. Shameful that they allow owners like this. I will not be renting from them again and don't recommend to anyone.

Perfect Ski Getaway
This house was an amazing property with all facilities and amenities top notch. Location provides a stunning view of the mountains and valley. Kitchen and laundry was stocked with the right balance of spices/soaps versus having to purchase all. We will definitely be back.

Ideal Powder Mountain getaway
Spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the game room and jacuzzi. Some lights need replacement downstairs, but otherwise a very nice comfortable home. The property managers were extremely attentive and polite. Enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back to Eden.

A little slice of heaven in Eden
We loved this place and would definitely book again. House comfortably accomodates 5 couples. Layout with open floor plan and 3 bdrms per floor was perfect so that everyone had private space if they wanted, but also plenty of community space. The view from the deck overlooking the valley, reservoir and Snow Basin was fantastic with deer and turkeys in the nearby fields. Sue (owner) and Dennis (property manager) were very communicative as we had a group that wanted to play ping pong and the ping pong cover for the pool table was locked in a back closet area. They both quickly responded and remedied the issue and the ping pong matches were on. Thank you. The property was very clean, but for nose and paw prints on slider from a visiting furry friend from another stay, and listing at the time we booked indicated that there were more king size beds than there were. Sue (and her husband corrected the listing when we brought it to their attention which was due to a VRBO default setting). Overall, neither of those things detracted from the terrific time that our group had, and our enjoyment of the property and its fantastic location. Looking forward to next time. We would without hesitation recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Eden with views, walking/hiking trails, comfortable/spacious community gathering spaces, and game room space. We didn't even make it over to the club house to take in those ammenities. So much to offer, so little time. Thank you Sue and Dennis.
