About this house rental

5 bedroom dream house in East Falmouth with direct oceanfront views from every bedroom and bathroom, covered porch steps away from the ocean with a TV, private porch off the master bedroom, big front lawn and back lawn with patio and grill directly on the ocean. Private association beach is just around the corner with a beach volleyball court. The house has been recently renovated and decorated. You will be among the first guests to stay at our house and we are excited to welcome you. Our Cape Cod house is meticulously cleaned top to bottom before arrival and we will do everything to ensure your stay is perfect. Depending on the month, you can see sunrise and sunset from the house. You look right out and see Martha's Vineyard. The July 4 fireworks happen behind the house. You are close to downtown (just 5 min away) but far enough away to have quiet.

On the main floor, there is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area that can seat up to 12 people, and living room area, all with full ocean views. There is a queen bedroom facing the ocean with a writing desk, and a bedroom with two bunk beds perfect for children or adults. There are built in speakers (bluetooth controlled) in the living room as well as outside on the ocean. Adjacent and just outside to these rooms is a large covered porch. The large guest bathroom is situated adjacent to these rooms.
Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with ocean views and adjacent bathroom with original black and white tiling. At the back of the queen bedroom lies a private closet area that can also serve as a quiet space to place a crib. The next room serves as either a bedroom with two twin daybeds or a sitting room for guests with a full ocean view as well. On the other side of this room lies the master bedroom, meticulously decorated with views of the ocean and an adjoining private patio. The master bath contains a large rain head shower and two vanities. Enjoy a large walk-in closet as well.

We had never been to Cape Cod before, and we loved it. The house is a beautiful place and the view is fantastic. The neighborhood is very clean and resort like. It was nice having a private beach to get to enjoy. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! This home has it all .. literally! It checked all of the boxes for a fun and memorable place to host a team-building gathering. The home is meticulously well cared for and cleanliness was top notch! The views simply can’t be beat .. you are directly on the water and there are plenty of Adirondack chairs, beach chairs, etc, to just sit back, chillax, and enjoy all the good vibes this Cape escape has to offer. Scott’s communication and responsiveness was quick and easy, not to mention very thorough. Consider this your sign to book this property, you will not be disappointed in all it has to offer, way better than staying in a hotel in my opinion.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our Cape Cod family vacation. The view out every bedroom window was breathtaking! We so enjoyed waking up to boats on the water and walking with our coffee on the beach just a short distance away! The house was meticulous and the town was full of wonderful shops and restaurants. 5 Star all the way!

This house is absolutely amazing! From the accommodations to the living space to the view! It's super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Great space for everyone to relax and play! The owner was quick with responses and super helpful! We were here for a team offsite and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a perfect winter getaway at this property over Presidents Weekend. The location was great and the home itself was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of room for both families to stretch out. The host was great at giving recommendations and responding quickly to questions. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is beautiful. The location is very nice, although there was some minor property damage to the yard from a storm a few days before our arrival. Not a big deal because we weren’t expecting to use outdoor space in December. The only real negative from the storm was that we could not see/appreciate the beautiful views from inside the main floor (which are part of what you are paying for with this property) because they were literally covered with sand from the storm. Other than that the house was spotlessly maintained inside. The home and beds were very comfortable and the owner Scott was very responsive and communicative. I would stay again.

This oceanfront home is absolutely gorgeous. Ocean views from every room with large windows. The home is decorated beautifully - open airy modern yet coastal colors and feel. Kitchen has everything a chef could want! The owner, Scott, is extremely responsive and got back to us within a minute - literally a minute when asked questions! I travel a lot and all over - and this is probably the nicest home I’ve had the pleasure of staying. And one of the best hosts too! More than 5 stars…100 stars!

This home was spectacular. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Right on the water with lots of boat traffic. Even saw seals. Close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor areas including covered porch to sit when it was raining. We will definitely be returning.

You also will enjoy the quiet and tranquility of the neighborhood that the home is situated in while enjoying the serene view of the ocean and Martha’s Vineyard from the back yard. This is the most stunning, comfortable, and convenient location for a nice beach getaway. The home is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. I was in awe of the functional floor plan and delighted with all the amenities available. There is so much space for entertaining but it is also amazingly romantic if you wanted a more low key evening with your loved one. The views of the ocean are breathtaking from any room in the home and the sounds of the ocean were the perfect way to drift in dreamland. Anyone would be lucky to stay in this charming Cape Cod home.

Great house in an awesome location. Open living spaces tastefully decorated and great views on the water. Love the way you see the moonshine on the water. Short drive into the village. Short walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Short drive to Martha’s Vineyard ferry, but leave extra time if you want to park in the ferry’s parking lot because there is a shuttle from the lot to the boat.

Water views cannot be beat! Big windows throughout for enjoying sunrise, midday sparkles on the water, or sunset. One more magnificent than the next. Kitchen was well outfitted for us foodies. Cooked in every night! Beautiful finishes throughout. Firepit and grill were greatly enjoyed. Cute downtown for a stroll. Great halibut chowder on Fridays at Quarter Deck! Great fitness walks throughout the whole area. Overall, just couldn't be beat! Do it!

This property is nothing short of spectacular. From the beautiful ocean view, calming interior design, and short walk to the beach everything seems to have been done to ensure a relaxing vacation. We are a large family (6 adults and 6 teenagers) and never once did we feel cramped during our weeklong stay. You can be together and yet still retreat to your own quiet space inside or outside. Scott has thought of everything. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels along with a cart to tote everything we needed for our days at the beach—which is only a 3-minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious property and would definitely love to return.

We initially fell in love with this house through the photos. But the photos, which are so beautiful, cannot prepare you for how epically and breathtakingly stunning this home is. There is an absolutely perfect view from every room. The house is incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and perfectly appointed. It's so conveniently close to the beach and to town amenities, yet simultaneously feels cozy and secluded. Scott was an amazingly kind, accommodating, and communicative host. Truly a perfect venue for a vacation and we can't wait to visit again! Thank you, Scott!
