The accommodation was perfect for us during our visit to Aberdyfi. The Hospitality Tray was gratefully replenished in good time and even included one of our favourite teas and biscuits. The porridge pots were an added delight and the host Jen was also most delightful. Thank you.
There was nothing to dislike.

Everything was excellent. Warm welcome, directions to the door, room was immaculate with a view of the estuary from the patio, cleaned daily. Has to be the best spot in Aberdovey. 15 out of 10.
Everything was great.

Beautiful accommodation made to feel very welcome by Jen would definitely return.

Me and my partner had a great stay. With a lovely view and a short walk down to the beach we had a lovely couple of nights.
4.7
There was no breakfast included but tea, coffee, biscuits and a pot of porrige was available to keep you going until walking into the village.
The only thing I can think of is a small fridge but not sure where it could have been posistioned.

Modern decor. Spotlessly clean. Everything we needed.
Nothing

The room is exactly as it appears in the photograph. Very tastefully decorated and presented with lots of lovely personal touches that I really appreciated. A good powerful hairdryer (a must for me) with an extension chord to reach the bathroom mirror. Plenty of coffee sachets and a lovely terrace with two chairs overlooking the bay and the sunset. Big towels!!!! Really welcoming helpful, accommodating hosts. A comfortable bed, immaculately clean and a great 2 night stay.
There was nothing to dislike. I might suggest an extra shelf for storage in the bathroom so that it is not necessary to use the window sill to ease the opening of the bathroom window when showering as no extractor. Others have mentioned a small fridge which would be nice in order to fully enjoy a cold drink on the terrace. But these are just suggestions for consideration and in no way intended as dislikes.

Great location with a fabulous view over the estuary combined with fantastic hosts and immaculate accommodation.

Clean and with a rare to com across smart TV
We could hear the occupants of the house and there was no cooked breakfast. Not a big problem though as we were on the move daily and we have seen much worse!!

The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything you would need. The location was ideal for a short walk to the sea front . Jen was the perfect host.

Immaculate, tastefully furnished accommodation in a quiet residential area. On site parking, especially useful as we had our bikes on the back of the car. Beautiful views as the house is built on a hill, but easy access to the village, with lovely restaurants & a beach with golden sands. Friendly, helpful hosts. Perfect.

Perfect for our 2 night stay to attend a wedding in the village. Hosts were really welcoming and helpful, even let us borrow an ironing board and iron to get wedding ready! Bed was really comfortable, rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Very quiet location. Village has a couple of pubs, cafes and restaurants, some of which serve breakfast. We'd recommend Coast Deli for lunch and Tides Inn for an evening drink.

The location was on top of a hill with great views overlooking the sea. The accommodation was pristine and extremely comfortable. Home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. She made us feel very welcome. A very lovely lady.
Just having a little fridge would be ideal but it wouldn’t stop me booking again.

Great location,no problem parking up.

The room was clean and comfortable and Jen made us feel very welcome. There was a great view from the patio. We walked into the town, which wasn’t very far but down a very steep hill. Although it says there wasn’t breakfast, Jen had provided some pots of porridge, which were very welcome.

Location good and hostess excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless. The only downside was that you had to keep the blind down so that people could not see you getting dressed.
The seagulls were so noisy so you had to keep the door shut all the time.

fabulous location within walkable distance into the town centre. The bed was divine, and the addition of the shortbread, porridge pots and coffee was lovely. The room is well looked after and “kitted out”.

Our stay was wonderful, the cleanliness of the room and ensuite was more than immaculate, the room was perfect, the bed so so comfortable, there were more than enough tea and coffee etc and the lovely little touches in the bathroom were beautiful. Home from home. Jen is such a sociable and friendly host who cannot do enough for.
We would high recommend staying here it to 5 stars plus.
Thank you Jen for making our stay perfect.
Absolutely nothing.

Very quiet and peaceful
Due to my arthritic condition hill and steps took time but worth the effort. It would not stop me returning again.
